            Aloha, We, ***** and ***************, would like to provide you some information about our complaint against Grand Wailea (**), a Maui Waldorf Astoria Resort:Date of the Kulana Membership: Yearly since 2015 Amount of annual Kulana Membership: $4000/year paid in full yearly in January of this year as has been done in the past 3 years.We paid GW our annual membership in order for us to have many GW benefits which includes the use of their Terme (Spa) facility. However, for the last 3 years, GW has been renovating their Terme, and thus we were unable to use their Terme. We have repeatedly ask them to prorate the Kulana membership so many times and they refused, including as of today.Please help us to ask GW to prorate the Kulana membership that reflects the Lost of use their Terme Facility.
