            MDX Hawaii inappropriately shared my personal information and my home address to AMR American Medical Response for them to create a fraudulent bill for a ambulance ride i never took to a ****************** Hospital on ************************************************. MDX fraudulently billed my insurance company for the ride that never took place. And AMR is billing me for the co-pay. i have never been to ************ and have never lived there. i am thinking about filling a formal legal complaint for violating the healthcare privacy ACT.The customer service representative i spoke to refused to let me transfer my call to speak to someone in the executive office or her supervisor after i gave her all of my personal and private information. She also gave me the run around and a hard time. the woman at the claims office argued with me for 15 minutes the phone and didn't care if i made a complaint to the BBB or on ******* so if i don't get an apology ill seek an attorney. they deny of conducting any wrong doing to me. so do i really need to file an injunction formal complaint to seal my personal and private information?*exhibits available upon request.
