      I had a washer hose leak which damaged the unit below on 4/22/23 which I legally paid and had home owners insurance with DB Insurance for years at the time of the incident.John Mullen & *** represents DB Insurance as claims adjusters because the company doesn't have a presence in ****** and they've been giving me a run around the mill for almost a year now by not reimbursing my claim:1. I physically went to their office and told someone my problem that I had a leak that damaged property below 2. A "Property Damage" claim was opened but got denied because there was no damaged to my property but water (which i explained already) so the claims adjuster told me to open a "Liability" claim 3. A "Liability" claim was opened with a new claims adjuster who got a verbal statement on record and said he doesn't believe i'm at fault and he'd follow up with my Association but had the nerve to ask if I was going to see if Best Buy would pay cause the washer was only installed a little over 2 years ago (NOTE: he never left any contact information as if he wanted no paper trail of our interaction)4. My wife calls about the Liability claim and the adjuster says it was denied despite having any notification via call, email or mail - then he sends an email to get more info not using his company's email @johnmullen.com but rather a sketchy *************************************** as if he's trying to hide evidence that we didn't send him any paper work 5. Our association found us responsible for the unit below's damage and forward us the bill for $856.63 on 5/4/24 and $3,361.82 on 10/20/24 for a total of $4,218.45 paid out of our pocket It is almost as if DB Insurance and John Mullen & *** is perfectly structured to scam insurees because neither company has to own responsibility for their actions since they are 2 separate companies.I'm ready to expose these companies all over the internet and news media and ultimately take them to court if we can't work this out.

      Bad news! This is not an ****************** So you will not be able to file a complaint against John Mullen & Company with the *************** ******************, the *****DCD, ****, ***** or any PVL about their shady business practices of denials, non-payment or underpayment to providers and an army of defense lawyers hired against you because there are no *************** government agencies that oversee all of the ways that they are allowed to delay, deny or subvert your claim and wiggle out of paying for your work comp injury medical treatment while hiring doctor's to file IME reports against your injuries too. In any other state it would be an F rating for Fraud, with AUWE but in ****** nei it's an A+, with KUDOS from the new Physician/Governor and his newly appointed Department ********************** No wonder doctor's are leaving the state and leaving injured workers behind...
