      Life change properties was exactly that. I’m retired and had a two story home where my wife and I lived as empty nesters. My knees are getting older and it was time to sell. Having lived there 23 years we needed a new roof and some up keep. Racheal made us an as is proposal that was right where we thought out property was worth. The whole process was amazing she kept us informed every step of the way through closing. No commission no closing cost. Life Change Properties went way over board to make this sale amazing.
