Company safely removed tree as quoted. However, they said they would not leave ruts in the yard, would clean up and I would not know they'd been here, would move pavers out of the way and put them back in place. I offered to move the pavers, but Daniel said no, it was their job. They did none of this. Specifically: 1. They broke many pavers. I need to rebuild or repair 4 paver paths and picnic table paver patio edging. 2. They left ruts in several areas of the yard, requiring regrading. 3. They left mud holes where there was grass 4. There are a couple of new cracks in the driveway due to their equipment 5. They left wood chips for mulch, as requested, but instead of using it on gardens, much of it is being used to make temporary paths for safety and to fill in mud holes, so will now need to purchase mulch I otherwise would not. 6. As tree people, they should know better than to pile mulch against a tree, but apparently do not. 7. I had to pick up trash left in the yard by workers. On 12/14/21, I mailed a letter describing the unsatisfactory nature of their work. On 12/23/21, I phoned and spoke with Linda to find out who was handling my complaint. She told me the letter was given to Daniel. As requested, she gave me the email address to send photos. On 12/23/21, I emailed 18 photos of damage. Damage is worse than it looks in the photos, but since no one came by to look at it, this was the next best option. It is now 1/4/22 and I have received no response from this company, 21 days after I mailed the letter, giving them plenty of opportunity to respond.
