** was resourceful, offered our group a choice of resorts based on our criteria and shared his knowledge about each of them. He was responsive during planning and available for questions while we were out of country. Each individual in our group received their own invoice so making payments was easy and I received an accurate invoice after each payment. My experience in ************ was fantastic! ********************************* is one of the best travel agents I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us plan our 30th year class reunion. I loved how he setup the website for each person to pay their money and the host didn't have to worry about that part. ** is very efficient and has great follow up with his clients. Ty is absolutely amazing. He’s personable and professional. We have worked with him on our anniversary cruise earlier this year and group trip to Jamaica just last week and he was extremely thorough, and available to assist with issues that were out of our control, ultimately giving us a superb experience. Ty was an amazing agent. Ty planned everything perfectly. We had VIP service from the time we made it to The DR until we departed. The Hotel stay was wonderful! The staff, Ty had us with 'The Xhale Club' which was Amazing. Everything was Fantastic!!!!! I would definitely book with Ty again for my next trip! ??????????Review from Robert M

GetAway Travel Group is the travel agensy of all Agencies!! The customer service is top tier and I appreciate the honesty and transparency when it comes to booking your vacation. The best part is, your head will not lay where Nikki won't lay her head!! She is awesome and she gives you the best option(s) according to what you are looking for in a vacation whether it is partying, relaxing, romancing, adventures, etc. I am proud to highly recommend Nikki and her Agency to anyone who is wanting to create memories for life!!
