***************** Lived at **************** in ****** SC 9 years. Owned by Partnership Property Management. Never one late payment. I left 4 total messages with manager we were moving 3 months before our lease run out. Before end of August 2023. On July 15 we found a new home. Locked it in with a deposit , move in date for Saturday August 19. Giving 5 weeks to set up movers ********** cut on August 16th in our new home. We paid Springbrook for the FULL MONTH OF AUGUST 2023. We completely moved out August 19th. Move completed & HAD POWER CUT OFF ON AUGUST 22. Turned in Apt Keys that Day with a 3 page note telling them what garbage the site was.I get a letter from this crooked company saying I owed $792 and we were there through OCTOBER. I tried contacting *************** Partership Property Management in ********** since I got the letter on bogus charges in December 2023. Not once after dozen of attempts did I talk to anyone except a receptionist. My call was forward to a VM everytime. Never called back. this crooked company put this FRAUD & BOGUS CHARGES on my Credit Profile. For 5 months I called the area Manager ***********************. Each time was told I didnt owe it. *********************** Not only said I didnt owe it but would straighten out this & make sure I got my security deposit back.Time again she Lied .February. Still not taken care of. Was told she contacted the credit company of the bogus charges to clear.April still showing on my credit report.she didnt know why..Told me she would get me something in writing to show it was cleared. Partnership Property Management are crooks.We moved out August 19 & its been 9 months we left Springbrook Apts.Still have not gotten the bogus charges taken care off. *********************** lied over & over.NOT ONCE in a dozen attempts has Partnership Management returned a call or taken care of these bogus charges. We been in our new home since August 19. We were paid up through END of August. *********************** said she would straighten out THOSE BOGUS CHARGES.
