            BBB unable to locate business
            On the date of June 18, 2022, I ordered two fluffy pet beds that were set on a BoGo deal in the amount of $34.99. The order number was ****. After waiting patiently with no confirmations from the company on the delivery timeline or information on my order, I reached out to the company, which has no physical address or working phone number, (they have a generic phone number 4246008943, but this is a dead number) instead we had to contact them by email since that was the only available option. They claimed to have lost my order in some sort of logistics error, and did not offer any sort of recompense for my time they are wasting, not the money that I spent. The only thing they stated was that they were on it and they would let me know… It is now August 13, 2022 and I have not received my items and they have not contacted me to provide any response. I want them to send the items I ordered, as I am highly suspicious this is a scammer who is trying to net small purchases from unsuspecting buyers and then disappear.

            Pets unlimited is a scam paid 89.99 for dog beds and never received them or refund i requested. I have been trying to get refund for over 2 months. Do not order from this company!
