    Purchased a FlowZone Monsoon 2.5 sprayer from GCI Turf Services. It was $369.95 with free shipping. The sprayer arrived with a faulty pump. My option is to send it back to GCI at my expense, which will cost at least $100.00 as it's a large and heavy box. In short, they want me to lose roughly $100.00 because they shipped me a product with a faulty pump. Oddly enough, when I received the sprayer, everything was wet, and there is a little insert that states the product will be wet as they test it out. Not sure how they didn't notice the faulty pump? Either way, I'd like to send this back to GCI for a full refund, and they should cover return shipping, not me. I am not returning the product because I don't like it, I am returning it because it does not work.

    I purchased grass seed from GCI and what they delivered is not what I ordered. I emailed them for a refund and they refused and instead the owner's wife called me and yelled at me. Horrible customer service. If you need grass seed then buy it from a reputable company that delivers what they advertise and also make sure you know what is in the bag. GCI sends out generic bags with no information regarding the contents.

    Mr. *****. Your words were "do not have anyone from GCI contact me" after I tried to call you 2 times (I left you 2 voicemails) and I sent you a few emails. When you refuse to communicate we can't help you. Our bags are custom branded bags with a seed tag on every bag, not a "generic" bag like you stated. Your claim to us was the seed is not tall fescue but this is not true. It is turf-type tall fescue. We can lab test it if you like. We tried to help you but you refuse to talk to us. I can call you again if you like?

    My no contact demand was after your office employee screamed at me on the phone and refused to admit that the product was substituted. That ended any chance of an amicable solution. That has not changed and I still will not allow myself to be subject to that form of customer service. Also, I can assure you that my generic bag of substitute seed had not tag or any other marking of contents.
