Purchased leather sofa from ******* ( manufactured by Luke Leather Inc) on 11/22/2019 for $1232.81. It came with a 5 year warranty on "frame, suspension, foam and leather". After less than 2 years the majority of the springs broke in the sofa. ******* said I would have to call the manufacturer about the warranty. After emailing Luke Leather they agreed to send a repair person to fix the sofa. The repair company told me the sofa had too much damage, was obviously constructed poorly with inadequate materials, would take too long and cost too much to repair and replace with the proper materials that should have been used and that the sofa needed to be replaced or I should be refunded. I have been trying to contact Luke Leather since the repair person came to my house on March 2,2022 with NO RESPONSE now. The sofa fell apart Nov 2021, I have been trying for 5 months to get someone to replace or refund me for a damaged sofa that was advertised to have a 5 year warranty. ******* told me they aren't responsible and now Luke Leather is telling me they aren't responsible. And this same sofa continues to be advertised and sold.
