The high point dental works is the most aggravating dental office I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with!!!! I paid in advance in June for a crown procedure. I cancelled well before the appointment… Forgot that I paid. Now where here in Dec. I tried calling at 1:10 pm left voicemail. I tried calling several times later. Finally had to call Lexington to get them to have high point answer my call. Letti finally answers at 230 said she was at lunch, a short staffed. I’ve actually dealt with her before…. Don’t make her mad!!! She admitted I did have credit a since I’m asking for it. It will take 4-6 weeks???? Why did I hafta ask for it, in the first place???? Now I got to remember to keep looking for a check…. Never use these people… they will try there best to get you to do things your insurance won’t pay for!!!! I’m not saying all dental works are like this. The one on s main in high point is!!!

I went to dental works to have dental work done. I explained that I had medicare advantage and this work had to be completed by end of year. They had me sign my name 3 times on some type of computer disc without showing me anything that I was signing. I had to twist their arm to show me any $ figures. They finally showed me figures $1500 above what we had discussed as being covered and not within the time period we had discussed, Bottom line is they agreed the work would be done by years end and not exceed the covered amount. In reality it would not be done as promised and would cost me $3500 out of pocket and because I had signed a blank space on their computer disc I would owe that. I think they are very good @ deceptive business practices and should be brought under control or close shop. I wonder how many senior citizens have been cheated this way. I am having to forget about my dental work for this year because of these greedy people. I assure you that we had these conversations more than once. They promise you things and then could care less what happens from there. Please understand that I had already been in and started receiving scheduled work. This business is a group of thoroughly trained con artist's. On a scale of 0-5 I give a 0. Thanks

Staff member seems like dragging the work, not trained or just making more money by extending the job. Didn't care about patient whose mouth opened for 3 + hrs. Trying to take pictures for 2 crowns, did hit inside mouth so badly about 30 minutes that I have to stop them. My left chick & leap got swollen and very painful. I am afraid to go back for my perm crown, I called them for the money back. They refused to pay back.
