I don’t do reviews but today was definitely the day to do one. After 4 days of working with Edgar who was amazing, I was told I got approved for a car. I went got the money and prepared to go and get the car just to be told 10 mins later that the manager (who did not disclose his name) looked at the screen wrong and they took back the offer they gave. My response was fix it… that was not an error that is careless. After getting no where with him I asked to speak to the manager above him who stated his name was Scott. Scott was even worse. Not only did he continue to cut me off but he stated the bank required them to pay $3000.00 to hold the car for me ???????? as if the car was not on their lot being viewed by other buyers and that was actually not the car I initially applied for the one I did apply for they told me that the one I applied for was recalled….I proceeded to ask for his managers name and information he tried to fast talk me refused to give me his managers information told me to call back in 15 mins or in the morning and hung up on me. I don’t care about the misinformation however I do care how the misinformation given to me. Being rude and disrespectful is never ok. Over-speaking a customer not ok no matter the circumstances especially when your employee is the one who made the error. And hanging up on someone not ok either. Hopefully this conversation with the manager Jeff who is suppose to be above Scott goes better. At this point I no longer want the vehicle but I do want an apology for how his employees spoke to me when they could’ve easily presented the information more appropriately.
