AMG does not resolve any issues that have been expressed in our community. The “bored” that is just the developer keeps voting to raise our rates without proper representation of the people in the community. Our pool was constructed poorly and is falling apart, and we’ve only been able to use it one summer after paying for three summers. And the list goes on for just this one development. We also have to pay another $600 to the main HOA, which is also covered by AMG. They have raise the fee the past two years I have been here. The neighborhood provides nothing but mowing green spaces. AMG has refused to provide itemized statements of where the money goes. It is just a overall a terrible HOA management company.

Kaitlyn H does a great job resolving issues in our townhome community. She's been able to advocate for our community when we've experienced issues with vendors. She gets us quotes and does a great job tracking them to completion. We've had struggles with AMG in the past, but we've finally gotten into a good groove of getting our issues resolved thanks to Kaitlyn.

I can't say enough exceptional things about our HOA Manager Elaina, Vice President/Co-Founder May G****, or any of the other AMG employees that work with our HOA. Our HOA Manager, Elaina, from day one, has done nothing less than work vigorously for our community. She is reliable, detailed, consistent, and always very delightfully positive to talk to no matter what the issue is. Elaina cares deeply for our community, and will go above and beyond for it. When May G**** came in with her company, she took our neighborhood from in the red, with missing financials, and money (from the previous management co, that just disappeared) and tons of homeowners refusing to pay dues. To getting us well out of the red, without having to make assessments on the homeowners, or having high monthly dues. She also managed to get a high percentage of homeowners to pay dues each month. Which was a huge accomplishment. May G****, Elaina, and all of the AMG family, that I have meet and worked with over the years, have always been so professional, yet treated me like family. They care deeply about their work , the people they meet, and what goes on in each of their communities they take care of. I can't say enough great things about AMG, they saved our community!
