I engaged BC Tax to help me resolve several years of un-filed tax returns. They were professional, patient, human, and successful. Emails and phone calls for what I needed to provide and what the progress was were always available. After our engagement was over and I actually was 'all caught up' with taxes, I realized how big a burden being behind was, and how much energy it was taking from me to not have my issue looked at professionally. BC Tax (it's a company, but it is also the people, rather, it is ALL about the people) made the process as efficient as it could be and as pleasant as a 'tax problem' could possibly be. I would recommend them to anyone with a tax problem.

***** and team helped my mom in the past to negotiate a payment plan which is how I heard about BC Tax. They were able to help my mom and have been able to help me too. I am greatly appreciative of all the time and patience they took with me regarding my tax issues. They were able to work with me to negotiate a reasonable payment plan according to my income and helped to resolve my concerns. They were communicative, informative and kept me accountable even when I dragged my feet through the process because dealing with tax issues can feel daunting. They were patient, helpful and empathetic with me throughout. I would recommend them to my family and friends. The quality of work and amount they saved me was well worth it!Review from Chris P

Their NOTHING but scam artist, was only supposed to pay no more than $3,000, ********! They string you along sending the *** NOTHING for a offer to comprimize. I went from owing the *** ****** to now $118,000 and counting. I've paid them easy over $12,000.00 for absolutely NOTHING!!!! They discouraged me from contacting the *** myself or getting a Tax Attorney.. I think their should be a class action lawsuit against them. They had no regard for helping make my problem's with the *** even worse off than i was between them and my ex-wife pretending to file my taxes for over 10yrs, talk about getting screwed. They're staff is so unqualified, The gentleman that told me $3,000.00 from start to finish, again ********!!!!! I requested to speak with him after keep being charged ridiculous amounts of money. I would NEVER EVER recommend these scumbag's, they did nothing but lie out their ***Review from Tom E

The best choice to solve IRS issues at a reasonable fee We received many solicitations about our tax issue. BC tax, LLC was professional and diligent in every respect. Our issue was about and unexpected recapture of depreciation on a capital gain sale we made. I was not in a cash position to pay the entire tax when due. IRS imposed a substantial penalty for not paying the tax when due. BC Tax was able to negotiate with IRS to remove the penalty. My personal attempts to deal with IRS were frustrating and with out success. *******'s help solved our issue quickly and in the manner we had discussed. We are very appreciative of her efforts.Review from Bill O

Megan ****** with BC Tax has been working on my issues with the *** for about 15months. I had created an issue over 3-4 years by overpaying the estimated Quarterly Taxes and applying the tax refund to the next years taxes. So, all was good as I never owed any additional tax above the paid Estimated Quarterly Taxes except!, I didnt follow up with a filed return. In 2021-22 The *** issued huge penalties with interest for not filing timely returns. In early 2022 I filed the delinquent Tax Returns which I expected to clearup the ******************** issues. However, I was getting nowhere with the *** regarding the large penalties and interest. I asked BC TAX to help, and ***************** took on my case and resolved the issue. Her ability to understand the terminology, access to the right people and the on-line information resulted in the *** waiving the penalties and interest. Needless to say I would recommend ***** and BC TAX. ************Review from Victor S

Our nighmare is finally over!!! I can't say enough good words about **** and ***** at BC Tax.They were prompt and patient with all our dealings and constantly re assured us all would be okay and as it turned out, it was something we never expected. They went to "bat" many times with the *** and the outcome was fantasic!!! I highly recommend this team of folks because we were alittle of a pain in the **** but, they calmed us down and reassured us it was going to be okay. We settled on an amount that was very "doable" for us and they helped us out of a bad situation. For that, we humbly extend out thanks to BC Tax, ********************* and ***********************. If you have a tough situation, call on them and they will fight with all they have for you. Recommend highly!!Review from Alesia D

I truly cant say enough good things about my experience with BC Tax. From the initial call they were very clear/concise with what I had ahead of me and set clear expectations which helped calm my nerves and establish confidence in them. I really felt like I had a team of people helping me - and they were all on the same page.They cleared up something which had been hanging over my head for several years - IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS!!!When you choose BC TAX, have your documents (Bank statements, income information, etc...) ready for them or be willing to get them the information they need quickly - this will help them help you!!!.BC Tax, LLC Response

I have worked with ******* and ********* for years. They are so professional and caring. They truly care about us. We weren't just a client. That is how they made me feel. To me they go above and beyond to help with your tax situation. They are amazing!!! They keep in close contact with you. Keep you well informed. Return all phone calls and answer any questions that you have. I have been very blessed to have these two working on my behalf. I highly recommend them to anyone in need.
