RIP off company. What you see is not what you get.

Terrible experience! I have purchased from this company for the last 2 years and never had a problem, this time was different, though, the weft was falling apart, shedding much more than usual, every time I brushed it and washed it I ended up with a ball of hair in my hand. And it wasnt the installation, my stylist is a professional of almost 30 years of experience, certified by hair luxury brands on several technics. She installs mine because I have been her client for 15 years and because the brands that she works with only offer wavy hair, which I used for years, having found this company that sells naturally curly hair only 2 years ago. So I talked with them, and basically they blamed it on me, on maintenance, after only 3 weeks of having bought them and installed. Mind you, it never happened with ************** I had previously purchased from them. She asked a series of questions designed to blame the customer and not take any responsibility for their product. I never asked for a refund, they reached out because I left a bad review on their website. So the girl just said that they needed the information to pass it along to management because of the review, pretty much wasting my time because all they cared was themselves, they were in defense mode, they never offered an apology or even hinted at a solution, like many companies do. They just care about themselves. As a business owner myself, I learned that a company is just as good as their ability to resolve issues. Anyone can be good when there are no problems, you judge how good a company is when things dont turn out so great. I spent **** dls for the installation, 250 per track, just to have them removed after little less than a month because the shedded hair was tangling with my natural hair. So my recommendation is to stay away, there are hundreds of companies that offer curly hair besides them. Or, to never have a problem because they only care about the customer as long as there isnt any problems.

WORST EXTENSIONS EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!If you look at their website they only post 4 and 5 star reviews. I emailed the my negative review to only get added to an email distribution list and my review was never posted. I purchased 20' curly hand ties rows in chocolate ***** for $555. My first washing at home I was in despair as the hair shed in massive amounts all over my tub floor. Every washing since is the same issue. My hair stylist reached out to Perfect Locks and she was given the runaround by them asking a million questions about how I wash my hair, how often I brush, etc. I've had extensions for over 4 years and know how to care for them. This company is unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Follow up: I did file a complaint with the BBB and they refused to respond or issue a refund. So unprofessional!

Hair is overpriced and they tried to take my money from me. I returned hair that I purchased over the phone. The person that I spoke went sent three bundles instead of three is bundle deal, no biggie. I just called them to let them know and wanted to return it. I sent in the items before the 14 days and get an email saying I can exchange or get store credit. I call and obviously someone in the returns processing department cant read or count. Either way Im stuck with a 15% processing fee for a mistake that was not mine. I will never buy from this company again. The hair they sent was a joke anyways. Im sure all of their good reviews on the website are fake anyways. Scammers.
