      I would leave 0 stars if I could. They continuously release a game each year that is not ready. It is full of errors and glitches. They wont fix them. The game keeps crashing and the madden community is getting fed up they wont fix it. I have asked and asked it be fixed but nothing. I send them the error reports, but nothing. We need a new company for this game. EA only cares about money. This is the last game I will buy until EA has released their rights. Im done with them as they are done with us. Thanks for ruining football EA.Here is a thread showing they responded to needing it fixed, I gave them the info they needed, NOTHING!!       8/27/2024 and 8/28/2024 both these days I attempted to use EA Help. Not only do they ask for your IP address but they ask for your credit card information and just run you in circles because you don't give them that information. No other companies do this when trying to help a customer regain account information. An *** email is linked to my PSN and the only way to unlink it is through EA Help. Which good luck even getting the option to talk with someone. You are better off not purchasing any EA games as if you need any form of help with anything there is no help to be found, which should be against some law. Reasonable and ease of access to Help chats would be great. Instead I'm going to have to go to social medias that I do not use to cause enough of a fuss to get the help I need. Really need an option on here for zero stars as that is what EA deserves.

      this company *****. I was hacked on my account and had everything taken from me and rather than attempting to help me in any way shape or form to get my $2000 worth of content back, they proceed to ban me and not help me whatsoever. EA is horrible, i suggest not doing business with them.

      I purchased apex coins through steam back-to-back. for a total of 2000 apex coins. Neither transaction went through. Spent well over an hour back and forth with customer service for them to never accept my screenshots of payments and transactions. I still have not received these purchases after 5 times contacting them. Terrible in game purchase experience. Will never spend money with EA again unless I'm taken care of for my missing coins and time wasted.

      Ordered the game online with the content thats supposed to come with it and never got it! Its been 2 weeks and still no Promised Content thats supposed to come with the game. The in game content thats supposed to be in game is Called Rookie Premieres and Alumni and none of it is in my account! This game is False Advertising And they arent fixing it! I check daily in my account thinking il get it and nothing has been added! Please get ahold of them! Thank you BBB. This is for Xbox Series S Console!

      This company has promised content in their game play often times requiring month to complete. They roll the content out slowly and for some users and it becomes less valuable everyday. Theres little to. I communication.

      On August 8th I made a purchase for the field pass which I never received. Made several attempts to contact EA over this issue and even created a case to resolve the issue. I even submited snapshots of proof of purchase, but EA has run me in circles telling me to create an in game ticket? Well, I tried to do that several times but all it does is either takes me back to the home page or it generates a new case. EA has several cases opened regarding the same issue. And it's aparant that they have no intention on either giving me what I paid for or a prompt refund. I called my bank and I'm currently disputing this transaction. Hopefully they'll get my money back?

      I got Xbox game pass and wanted to play an EA game, it says I need to Link my account, When I go to like my EA account, It says this "Your accounts cant be linked because your Xbox account *********** *********************** linked to your EA Account for ************disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime."This is some random a** account and isnt even mine. I cant solve this problem because there is no way to contact EA via email or talk to a person. Even on their website doesnt provide any details and every possible option i have tried is borked. I have been working at this problem for a collective 3 hours. This is a pretty basic problem. EA purposefully hides thier costomer support s*** or it doent exist.

      I have cancelled my pogo account on May 30th but this website still continues to put charges on my credit card which isn't right. I've called them at this number and all they do is lie. They won't provide a number so I can talk to somebody they just hang up on me. Their scamming me out of money, and I just don't no what to do because they just avoid me, can someone help me out please. If you could get back to me about this matter it would make me very happy.       Honest review, my EA account was banned due to keyboard fingers. EA has also managed to permanently keep my Steam account linked, ***************************************************** can never be played again... Not sure if this is the correct way to handle things, considering I was not cheating and hear plenty of trash talk via mic (which is not tracked) therefore, when you respond to trash talk on keyboard, you are instantly at risk of being reported by the original trash talker (who is safe from EA because of voice chat). It is what is is, and got my refunds and also do not have to worry about buying another EA product! (To keep the thriving EA community safe and thriving, I am sure)However the process of even contacting EA directly has been a true nightmare... I mean read the other complaints for this company... how they are still functioning? Not quite sure, but surely says a ton about society. One huge issue I had while trying to get answers, was simply even contacting EA for support. My email will not receive a lock-in verification code (yes its the right email) and therefore I cannot sign in, which is required for customer support. Also customer support has no direct line for complaints (Probably because it would be non-stop) so hopefully their support steps has a REAL person (outsourced) to help solve the issues.
