      Snap Travel aka Booking Vault is a scam company. They post about 5% cheaper airfare than other companies on the Skyscanner or Kayak site.Once you book and pay for the full airfare, which you're required to do, they send you an email saying that the price went up by 20 %.You can either pay for the higher airfare or cancel the reservation.If you choose to cancel the booking and request a refund, they will hold your fund forever.This company should be banned from internet travel sites.

      bought what i thought were discount tickets... then right after i checked the price with the carrier.. not even 2 minutes after the purchase... FlightGuru had charged me double what the carrier was charging. i opened a complaint with them immediately showing screenshots of the prices.. been waiting hours for a response. i will update this review with the outcome. so FlightGuru called me back and said they were going to give me a refund. so then I booked my flight with the carrier. Then, today they called me back and said they were not going to give me the refund. what an awful company.

      Client paid exactly what they agreed to pay on the website. The airlines did have a lower price for this ticket, which we matched. We refunded $169.31 to client to match the best price listed on the airline website.

      Bought a cheap ticket from ****** to ****** from snaptravel, a company affiliated with the Alpha Media Group, Inc. When I showed up to the airport, the airline informed me that they had canceled the ticket without telling me, forcing me to buy a much more expensive ticket right then and there at the airport.

      Worst flight experience I've ever had in more than 50 years. Contacting Flight Guru because of issues with them not applying my TSA pre-flight number to the airline for Boarding passes was ridiculous. I was told it was not their problem, contact the airline.

      Horrible company. We cancelled flights due to covid and they held on to all of our money...would not refund. Promised a voucher...never received. Will not return phone calls. Blame everything in "their supplier." Do not use this company...ever!

      Purchased 4 tickets ******** from Alpha Flight Guru on 01-25-2020 to travel to Ireland 07-30-2020. Due to the pandemic our trip was canceled. Contacted Flight Guru to see what my options where. Was told by ****** only credit until 06-30-2022. Unable to travel year of 2021 due to pandemic again. Contacted ****** 02-15-2022 asking for a refund was told to Contact Air Canada they have the monies. Contacted Air Canada they could not return monies, but I could get a voucher was told this by 2 employees. Contacted ****** at Flight Guru and was told it was Air Canada that needed to give voucher. Contacted Air Canada support on *****- 2022 was send an email on 0****-2022 stating monies had been returned to Alpha Flight Guru account. We kindly ask you to trying contacting your agency again. Contacted Flight Guru again on ****- 2022 with no response. I feel like I have gotten the run around with this agency, they have my monies and I'm left holding the bag. Buy beware book directly thru the airlines.

      I booked flights through Flight Guru back for a cruise in August of 2020 during the Pandemic that was cancelled. I tried then for a refund and was informed no refunds, only a future credit. I have been trying for a month to book flights for August to ****** with my credit and the quotes they are giving me are 40-50% over what the airlines are charging for a basic economy ticket. Sent the representative a screen shot of what the exact tickets cost on the website $991 and was quoted $1453 for exact same flights, class, etc. Spoke with the supplier at their employees suggestion and informed I should have booked directly with Delta. At this point, I just want a refund. I have asked for escalation and have heard crickets. Many emails and calls and no response. Not customer friendly. Buyer beware use your travel dollars and book directly with the airlines or a reputable online agency like Expedia or Orbitz.

      For complaints relating to AMG not willing to refund money using the excuse of "non-refundable" ticket, please make sure to check directly with the airline to verify if the airline had refunded the money to AMG. Please also do the following two things:1) File a complaint to your attorney general.2) Check your local law/statutes. For ********** residents, there is specifically a "***************************************" agency (created by ******** law) where you can file a claim to be reviewed. The *************************************** (TCRC) was created to decide claims made against the *************************** Fund, which serves consumers located in ********** who suffer losses as a result of the bankruptcy, cessation of operations, insolvency, or material failure of a seller of travel to provide the for transportation or travel services contracted.

      This complaint is against Alpha Flight Guru.We purchased tickets on December 18, 2020 for one-way flight from ***** to *********** and received booking and ticket numbers, which we verified with the airline (Emirates). We were on our vacation when we received an email notice that our flight was cancelled, but it was not. Upon questioning AFG, it turns out that only our tickets were cancelled!!! AFG claimed that the third party that they purchased our tickets from had cancelled them because the fare was no longer available.We had to purchase tickets to get home which cost $2,000 more than the ones we had, and also had a 5 hour layover after a long overseas flight, which we did not previously have. In order to take the original non-stop flight, we would have had to pay $3,000 more than our original tickets!!!We have received a refund of the original amount paid to AMG, however, we are still out of pocket for the difference, and incurred substantial inconvenience as well.You should be made aware of their unscrupulous business practices. This is no way to do business.******************** ********, **
