The minibike kit we purchased had several defective items. We contacted the company over 6 times to resolve the problem. The customer service representative who answered only tells us they will have someone from the service department get in touch with us, which never happens. It's almost like the already knkw the script for each call coming in. They repetitively say the same thing every time and don't let me explain the importance of getting it resolved. Horrible service. defective product we can't even use.Review from Mike H

These people stole $1,999 from us **** and ******* are the worst ever I had to cancel a card gave her the new numbers but she did nothing with them I'm still waiting 7 months for my refund I went to my bank and they can't even get through to these people either they are Crooks do not buy from these people

We issued a refund to the customer. But he had cancelled his credit card account. He had to wait for his Bank to refund his moneyReview from Benjamin L

Place is a joke!!! Got junk parts that don't work after purchasing a mini bike kit for almost $1000, instead of replacing the parts they told me they would contact the manufacturer to try and resolve the issue. The manufacturer has nothing to do with me as the third party!!! Now I have an unrideable mini bike that I waited 3 weeks to get. Now another 3 weeks if haggling by email only and I'm left stranded with a lawn ornament!!!
