Randomly decides that my recycling bin was too full after 2 years without problems. I almost always have it filled so the lid wont close, but now it's a problem. Stuck with a bin full of recycling.Review from Jamie K

Mafia ran who has a very long history of being corrupt with paid City counsel members, lobbyist etc. and many made up charities they use for personal ***********. Do a little digging on them. It is a monopoly who pays out millions to keep it that way.Fire your City Counsel Members who hired these clowns. Bust it up which would result in lower costs to the consumer.Review from David E

12:30 at night. Why are there any trucks out doing anything??? I know the electric garbage truck is quite but the sound of a dumpster being dropped and lifted several times is well over the noice politician limit. As well as the backup beeper.Review from Tawnya S

Recology often fails to collect garbage and is unwilling to have the garbage collection trucks return to a home theyve missed. I have a full bin of garbage and a full bin of yard waste that was not picked up on Mondayeven though my neighbors trash was collected. When I called to request a resolution, I was told I could pay an extra $28 fee to have them return, or pay somewhere in the range of $40 extra per month to have a larger trash bin (because I have no place to put this weeks trash. There is no other option for trash collection, so I am stuck with Recology and they know it.Review from Dustin T

I have the driver on video literally throwing my garbage and compost bin into the back of his garbage truck. Called customer service said the earliest they can get my new cans to me is after my next pickup date. Advised me to leave trash in bags and compost in compostable bags in a cardboard box. I then watch the garbage men not even make an attempt at getting my garbage. I called customer service again. When I could still see the garbage men down the street. The customer service stated she sent them a message to return to my property and get my garbage. The garbage men in my local area did not pick up my trash again still.Review from Gary B

Recology failed to pickup waste can after multiple customer requests and subsequent ******************** driver pickup tags that expire each day for pickup of missed garbage by 6 PM. Not first time this happened. Poor Recology customer service for its paid customers.Review from Tom T

It is fire season and Recology is not picking up our yard waste, even after 5 requests.
