This property management company will keep closing out work orders with out fixing anything. I have had 4 work orders for my dishwasher. Office staff said they close out the work order because they dont have the regional manager approval for parts. They no longer have landscaping here and lawns are dead and tall weeds. Property looks so ugly now . Obviously they stopped paying their vendors.

BLVD RESIDENTIAL: ************** at The ***** Apartments (BLVD RESIDENTIAL) exclusively targets immigrants. They are the worst management we and other tenants have ever encountered. Their actions include cheating, stealing, and committing fraud against tenants at every opportunity. We have concrete evidence to support our claims. We openly criticize them in public to raise awareness about this terror-inducing management that engages in corrupt and discriminatory practices. They specifically single out and victimize tenants from minority backgrounds. Its a disgraceful situation. In December 2023, BLVD RESIDENTIAL unlawfully seized our (********, AN INDIAN FAMILYS) unit, where we had lived for over *********************************************************************** the name of repairs. We are now preparing to take them to court for their unethical and discriminatory treatment and not repairing the original unit that was promised to us. We have been waiting for over 6 months now to get our home [2622-3] UNIT repaired. This is all to defraud and deceive us and to further harass, bully and retaliate to cause super-inconvenience and uninhabitability to make us leave voluntarily and permanently. BUT WE WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!!. WARNING: Do not rent from any BLVD RESIDENTIAL properties. They lack ethics and consideration for tenants, and their units suffer from major issues rendering them uninhabitable and unrentable. They only cosmetically make the units look good and victimize you for your deposit AND damages.BLVD Residential, Inc. Response

While we cannot comment on ongoing legal issues, we want to assure all those who read this review that BLVD disputes these claims. We operate strictly according the laws that govern the location of our properties, which includes Fair Housing laws. We have a vested interest in making all of the communities we manage as much like home as we can. This can include renovations and repairs that require someone to relocate to a different unit, and these repairs are in no way intended to harm our residents; they are intended to improve the community and the long-term quality of life for our residents.Review from Angelia C

I have been trying to contact this company since August 7th. The apartments I rent at are extremely lazy. They do not work normal leasing office hours and its hard to call when you need anything. The amenities WE PAY FOR are unavailable to use unless you dont work a normal 8-5 job. They bought new paddle boats that are only available now from m-f 9-3 when they used to be available over the weekend. Maintenance is horrible. I have put in multiple work orders and they are either done half-assed or not at all. I have been trying to contact corporate regarding them not fixing my stove. None of my burners were working. we put in a work order and they said they fixed it and closed the work order. When my husband got home, the stove was still not working and the maintenance person said he didnt connect anything and even if we got a new stove, it would do the same thing and left. For over a month I have been trying to contact corporate regarding the incompetence of my apartments management and maintenance. At this point I dont even want to talk to my apartment managers because of their bare minimum attitude. They send out emails regarding everyones patio storage, yet maintenance leaves out tools, dishwashers, washing machines for weeks on end outside where I can see it from my apartment. They also were leaving open their maintenance garage over night and I was having to close it so I didnt have people lurking by my front door. Overall: lazy management, incompetent maintenance, and now even worse corporate office customer **********************.
