I am a current client at the Shutters in Walnut Creek. I called **** since he was the individual who signed my rent increase letter that I received Friday. **** explained how Im Not his client, that the Shutters is. He added how, regardless of my concern I have a feeling the Shutters will do just fine without you being a client there after I expressed frustration and concern regarding the annual fee increase and I was inquiring about that specifically. My concern is that I wont be able to afford rent if it keeps increasing every year. I generally care I didnt call **** to argue. I called **** out of concern. **** also added another rude insult when asked is there anything we can do regarding the annual rate hike and in a perturbed voice he stated I dont careI just dont care. I was speechless at this point so the only thing I could think of was to ask for his superiors information; **** continued with his snub body language and replied he will call you We dont give out information to rude clients like you! The only information I could get when I asked for his superiors contact was his name is *****! And that was it. I had to call my property manager to find ****** contact information since **** was being blatantly rude and condescending. Remind you, the only reason why **** came up is because hes the one that signed my rate increase and my property manager is the one that gave me his information. And at that point, **** acted absolutely rude, with zero compassion, interest or kindness, and when I asked for the superiors information, he wouldnt give it to me. Im just trying to get answers and come to the bottom of it. . Im just trying to avoid moving out of here; however, after enduring ***** comments, *** never felt this insulted after being so concerned about my rent increase which I think every American is concerned about in todays society.
