On September 14, 2023 Peter Levi plumbing concerning the overflowing of both commodes in my homes. The first technician ***************************** came out and looked at the problem and he called his supervisor ***********************. ***** came out and informed me that the pipes under the house needed to be replaced. He spoke with my insurance adjuster and assured her that he would give me and her a breakdown of the cost of materials as that is the only thing that they would not pay for. I paid $15,609.36 to replace the new pipes. I have contacted ***** by phone and text numerous times and he stated that he would talk to his accounting department and manager to get those figures. ***** stopped taking my calls so I called the company every week and I was informed that someone would get back to me. I called and was told that *********** would call me and still no response. My adjuster from USAA called on a three way call and still no answer, she even told them she would take a verbal amount if they could just give the figures of the pipes cost. One of the associates that I spoke to informed me that they do not deal with insurance companies for that reason. I have never received a breakdown of their billing. All I want is the cost of the pipes. I realize that I have been ripped off from them and I should have gotten other estimates but whats done is done at this point I just want the price of the pipes.
