I contacted Rooter Hero on 11/25/23 to fix my backed up toilet and tub in my primary residence that I rent. They could not perform the job because they lacked the knowledge necessary to do so. They couldnt even find the trap to begin the repair. They expected me to find it and I rent this home, so i had no idea where the trap was. My landlord lives in another city and was unavailable to ask at the time, although I tried to contact him. But the plain fact is that I hired Rooter Hero for my plumbing needs and they failed me completely. Two prior plumbers I called to fix this same problem in the last couple of years had no issues at all, with finding the trap or anything else. They completed all repairs successfully with no problems. Rooter Hero did absolutely nothing to fix the problem and yet charged me $125. Its one thing if they had not been able to repair it due to needing to order parts, but they lacked any skills at all needed to complete the repair. They couldnt even find the trap to begin the repair! I am requesting a complete refund of the $125 I paid them, as they did not complete any work at all on my repair. They simply jumped up on the roof to look for the trap. None of the plumbers I used prior did this! None of them needed to get on the roof at all to complete the exact same repair. And I certainly did not ask Rooter Hero to get up on the roof. Had I known where the trap was I would have gladly showed them, even though it is THEIR job to know this or figure it out! I think that they had absolutely no idea of what to do, and charged me for their ineptitude anyway! . I am requesting a full refund of $125 that I paid them. Thank you
