Parking lot is not well lit at all. On numerous occasions cars get broken into here. There is absolutely not attention to any detail outside. Broken glass bottles, garbage are just to name a few.Plumbing, This event space has an allotment for many different events taking place simultaneously but it is not equipped by any means to withhold that kind of foot traffic let alone that many individuals utilizing the facilities. There have been many events where restroom stalls are overflowing. An event took place along with others where the restrooms overflowed into main areas. You could imagine the smell. The restrooms are not at all kept up with during an eventful night. Linens & Centerpieces are all in terrible condition. Linen has visible stains and holes. Not talking a tear here and there, I mean holes, and they expect that you dont have issues with it. We were given linens to utilize that appeared to have mold or another form of growth on them. Customer Service/ Courtesy there is none. They have little to zero compassion for anyone. Once youre booking is complete, everything you requested goes out the window. Everything you want will come at additional charges, to the extent that they will begin charging you per utensil as they see fit. They will by no means take into consideration that it is your event and it is stressful, they add onto the stress. There is a gentlemen that works as their decorator, I can not remember his name but this guy is rude, extremely condescending, and an absolute nightmare to deal with. He couldnt care less what youre looking for once your booking is complete. Food if undercooked chicken is your jam, have at it. Recently went to a function here that served chicken tikka masala and the chicken was still very much undercooked. The person in charge that night said it wasnt undercooked but it was the tikka masala. As if people couldnt tell the differences.
