I played their game years ago and enjoyed it but was at a point where without spending money I couldn't go to the next level as I was always rated for more than I could save up. I jumped on it again earlier this year and once again enjoyed it but this time was a lot more conservative as I purposely tried to save multiplayer campaign battles or whatnot for later in case I came across the same issue from last time. Well I accumulated some really nice things I hadn't used for months and months and then I started not getting the monthly Perks at the end and noticed my potion to build things faster and some other things weren't there the next day after I received them. I wrote to their customer support and after a lengthy detailed description of my account the customer rep wrote me that there were some glitches that were known to happen like this and that in a couple of days I should receive all my items. About 5 days later I wrote them again to figure out what was happening because I hadn't received the items and a new rep came on the line and said that they were confused and didn't know what was going on and then I had used all these items up already and they weren't going to give me any of them whatsoever. I was very distraught and ended up deleting the game immediately. Pretty unprofessional overall and overall they missed on an opportunity to make a customer happy and to make things right.Review from Carlos A

Faced lots of bugs on the game, tried many times to get it solved, they didnt care and didnt give my money back! I really liked playing Clash Royale, but the company is terrible in every way!Review from Derek W

They claim to have fair and balanced game play but they put you against people 7x higher than you which force you into situations to buying their pass to continue playing their challenges. Its the most corrupt game I have ever seen in my entire life. All they care about is money.Review from Jade W

Their support is an absolute joke. I am an IT person and I know this would be EASY to track and fix. My brother was the clan leader in Clash of Clans. His account was compromised, as the hacker also hacked into his email account and changed the security information. I recovered the email for him, however, he cannot receive the validation emails, as this information was changed by the hacker. This hacker then kicked everyone out of the clan. I have the account tags(for CoC & for SupercellID) for each and every person involved, as well as anyone who has been added since. I have the email address of the hacker himself. However, Supercell continues to claim they can do nothing about it, even going as far to tell us to "start a new clan and have some new adventures." Our clan was lvl 15...took us 3 years to get there. This is the worst Support experience that I have ever witnessed.Review from Jack E

Ten cent company owns Supercell. Supercell is so big they care almost not at all for their customers. -So you spent money on one of their games and you have questions or problems?GOOD LUCK SUCKER!There is no phone number or email address! They have only a CUSTOMER SERVICE BOT that will lead you around in FRUSTRATING CIRCLES until you give up! So kiss that money goodbye and join the ***** WIDE CLUB of angry consumers that got screwed by TEN CENT'S SUPERCELL! -IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE HERE THAT TEN CENT IS A CHINESE COMPANY. How can they greedily take your credit card info; but copy/paste the SAME response to everyone with different complaints? Im a legal secretary. I keep up with all the class actions and thought it was frivolous; until it happened to me. The lag on the log in server is so bad; I really do not think Im on a *** server. If anyone knows gaming lag. Even a 1 second turnaround can be a game changer; so to speak. How about roughly 4 seconds? All I want is the gold coins back bc the game charged me for 3 purchases; instead of 2 on ****** the Builder. Thats it. I play 5 farms and purchase the pass on all and even buy diamond packs. Yet, Im behind on roughly 2 machine purchases. I will never buy anything for 220k coins in game ( roughly *****) if I had to buy gold. We all know how we play. Especially being a level 84. Its ridiculous that customers are being treated like liars, and ungodly spending. Not me. I know my limit and stick to it. So, all I want is the acknowledgment that their is server lag, it can happen to buy something when the lag happens that wont be shown on screen; and lastly a simple reimbursement of the coins. Thats it. There is no money to be returned. Just in game currency. Remove whatever it is, the copy/paste keeps saying it is from ****** the Builder. I was trying to report a cheating player and customer support threatened to ban ME for cheating - saying I was trying to access someone elses account. Wtf? Just when I thought they couldnt get any worse. I have been a customer of many of their games for nearly a decade and this is how they treat me. I would advise anyone to stay clear of them as they obviously do not *********** in the world about their customers.Review from Deborah H

Hayday owned by supercell. It used to be a great game in the last year its junk. They dont respond at all. The company Supercell has numerous games listed on the App Store. We have spent 1000's of dollars over the years for these games. We recently switched to a new phone and the connection was lost. An email verification code is supposed to be sent but no emails over a dozen attempts as well. (Probably part of their scam) I have even sent over proof of the purchases from Apple and they are still denying an account. I have asked them numerous polite questions and they in turn told me not to contact them again for some time and blocked all access. I see that they are known for this instead of helping their paying customers. I would like our money back but only after an honest attempt of providing an email with our code. They do nothing but steal even based on their FB account. Hundreds of scammed people looking for help on the page. I have also spoke to Apple and they are submitting reviews to have them pulled from the app store.
