            I purchased a car in April of 22 and I was told that I should buy a warranty because it was a used car but I could cancel at any point. I called ***************** in September to cancel the policy and they said I needed a form from Lexus of Marin, which I got and submitted. When I called Fidelity in November to check on my refund they said they did not receive the form. I contacted Lexus of Marin but nobody called or emailed back.I went ahead and submitted the cancellation form directly to Fidelity because they said they never received it but they have not responded either and said I was in a cue. Both ***************** and Lexus of Marin have been evasive and have not refunded my money.

            I purchased a new car two days ago. At least three different people signed off on the ******** took it home. They called the next morning and said that they were wrong about the discount they gave me and they needed to change the deal that I signed off on which had taken hours. My 80-year-old dad, whos on his 6th Lexus (different dealership) was flabbergasted. I brought the car back. They tried to meet me in the middle on a new deal. I would describe these folks as very pleasant young men, but I could not trust them again... It was an experience that I have absolutely never heard of and worse a waste of two days; my free time is very precious to me. To clarify, the company is actually Sonic Auto and they purchased a Lexus dealership.
