I recently took a small move from ************ to ******, **********. This is my first time doing a cross country move and I was scared. You hear a bunch of horror stories of price doubling before delivery and/or the movers never show up. That wasnt the case with Upline Moving. They were great, they calmed my nerves and were super helpful. The pricing was reasonable, they werent the highest or the cheapest mover. But they were very detailed and answered all my question and I liked that they were straightforward. With ** they did inform me that a shuttle is very likely to happen. So I could keep that cost in mind. I will be recommending this mover in the future.Review from Prashant K

A friend referred upline moving for our move from ********** to *****. We spoke with **** who did walk thru of our home and they came up with a quote which was reasonable. I was told they usually have a 15 day window but i was assured it was rarely the move happened towards the end of the window and was assured within few days of my window start date i would get my stuff. So i signed up 2 months in advance and had my stuff picked up on Aug 5th. I was clear about certain items which needed proper packing for example a Cal King *********** mattress. The team didnt have any packing for this mattress and they tried to bend it and pack it. I pointed out the damage it did and they then loaded the mattress without any packing They also dismantled a queen *** for which i was apprehensive given the way it was done. I paid up half the amount in cash and proceeded to *****. My window start date was Aug 14th and i was told the window was now 18 days so the last date would be Sept 7th. They delivered the stuff on Sept 8th outside the window. Between Aug 14th and Sept 7th i spoke few times with their support and i was told they will try to get it out sooner which never happened. When the stuff arrived i saw they had bent the tempurpedic *** which was now completely damaged, The queen *** which was disassembled was missing 7 bolts which holds up the leg, a standing lamp's base was completely destroyed, dresser bottom was damaged rendering it useless., a standing desk (electrical motor to move up/down) was delivered with one set of legs which wouldnt go all the way down and other set which wouldnt go all the way up . There were few moving boxes which were damaged, 2 plastic bins damaged beyond repair a TV stand missing 4 screws. I called their customer support and was told since i didnt purchase addiitonal insurance i would be paid 60 cents for the weight of the items which i had asked them for replacement. Apparently it will be 60 days before i see any kind of compensation.Review from Stephanie M

I havent moved since I came to ********** from ************ in **** and back then I used one of the major corporations to relocate. Ordinarily I do prefer to support local smaller businesses so when I decided to make the move back to ** to retire near family, I was delighted to come across Upline Moving in an article I saw in San ************************* I checked them out here and gave them a call and had a good feeling about them from the start. They explained how the process would work upfront, they came out to meet with me for an estimate, and the same person made himself available to me throughout the process. When I find something I like I tend to go with it so I didnt find it necessary to shop these guys. The pick up day went very well, as did the communication up until my goods were delivered to my daughter's house, and barring any surprises that I encounter as I continue to unpack my belongings, everything arrived safely and with minimal hassle. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to move with peace of mind.Upline Moving Response

Based on the A+ BBB rating I screened Upline Moving along with two other moving companies for a corporate relocation from ** to WA. All things being the same I ultimately chose Upline because their approach was definitely the most transparent and the estimator made me feel like he valued my business. From beginning to end things went very smoothly and the price stayed the same throughout. The only downside is that if I need to move out of WA for any reason, I won't be able to use these guys again because they only pick up from ************. I have used this company twice in the last year and would call them again. Excellent ******** ******************* They made both moves go seamlessly. This last one was in a snow storm and they handled it perfectly.Many Thanks to *********************** in the Office and Supervisor ***** and his crew; **************************** and ****. Ive literally done a dozen cross country corporate moves in the past 15 years and let me tell you, I had some major issues. So with my most recent move to CA, I had to foot the bill and therefore was responsible to research my mover. I chose Upline Moving and they did a fantastic job for me, from the initial quote to the last box delivered. Id rather not have to move again any time soon but if/when I do these are my guys.Upline Moving Response

Everyone was very professional and personable. ***************************** is the best moving professional I have ever worked. She stood by me every step of the way. She was always available when I needed her. ****** and ****, the moving crew were very careful will all of our stuff. They arrived on time and were great to work with. They did everything we asked for no matter what we needed. I used this company for two of our moves. The cost of the moves were very reasonable and worth every *****. UpLine Moving was above and beyond what I expected! I had heard nothing but horror stories about moving companies- but not so with UpLine. UpLine picked up all my belongings in 3 days, and delivery is today - less than a week later - and this move was from ********** to ********* **. ****** was a gem to work with, and the price beat out all the competitors. Hopefully Ill never have to move again but its comforting to know Ill never have to start interviewing a dozen moving companies again, I can just pick up the phone and call ******!Upline Moving Response

First, you need to know that to get five stars from me in a rating you must be extraordinary beyond belief. I think the overall experience with Upline qualifies here. Once we knew we were moving we started with ******* **** and then cross referenced to the Better Business Bureau. ******* gave us some three leads and the BBB confirmed. Upline was not the lowest bid, but of the Sales Reps that came to look at the job Eithan was the most thorough. He counted everything in sight and asked a lot of very good questions. There were no assumptions made and he was the only one who wanted to see the out of apartment storage unit. In the end he presented us with what we felt was realistic, a two day move with one day for pack out and a next day delivery. Then we weren't fast enough on the apartment application and we went back into apartment hunting mode. We kept him up to date and when we were ready so was Upline on two weeks' notice to get us moved. On pack and load-out day **** and his crew arrived. They did an amazing job getting everything out of the old place before 5:00. But the professionalism really got shown the next day. They got to the new apartment ahead of us and were ready to go as we arrived. We had made floor plans of each room and **** made sure everything was where it is was supposed to be. And the truck was unloaded by 1:00 in the afternoon. If you're making a local move and want end to end service that is high quality and professional Upline does the job.
