              On august 24 2021 in early morning hours I spent ****** on lucky day app playing the trophy Royale trying to win ****** . I finished in first place witch is how you win but I went out of the game and came back to collect that's how I have to collect but when I came back I was in 2nd place its on a timer too and time was out done with when I was in first place I've reached out to lucky day 4 or 5 times with no response I've ask them to look into it they should have recording or something of the game so they can check this I would really like my money back ****** or the ****** prize money either way .also I've spent ******* of dollars with the company lucky days and never complained you would think they would have gave me a response I think they need my email witch you all have to give to them so they can get into my account I would appreciate if this could get resolved.

              The game is 100 percent a scam I play game for a while and made it to 80 bucks and been almost 2 weeks and can't win .25 cent it just makes u watch adds and u never get nowhere beware beware
