I have been playing online games for over 20 years. I have dealt with "customer support" from time to time with an array of issues. I would say about 60%- 70% of the time support is willing to fix the issue or work with you on it in some way. This is NOT true with Arc/ PWE support. It does not matter if it is a game bug, game glitch, player mistake, or another form of issue. They simply do NOT care. Most replies do seem either automated or very bad ****** translation. Meaning they do not speak English and translated your ticket to their language and then back to English. Which makes alot of sense in their replies being so wrong and inaccurate. It is a fun game, or used to be. But Support, with their lies and clear lack of caring, makes this game not fun. I have spent money on Neverwinter in the past but i will not anymore. As said below by others, neverwinter will add items or things to use only to make them worthless later. Then turn around 6 months to a year later and bring new items back that did the same thing they removed. It seems to me that the developers are either all very stupid and have never actually played a game before or it is their business model to trick people into spending money over and over. Hoping no one ever sees the scam for what it is. I wish Arc / Perfect world would make a better product, test it better, and have better support, but they clearly do not care at all because there are thousands of players and most dont see what is being done to them.

10 years of playing Never Winter and perfect World Entertainment/ ARC Games : Greed has only worsened over time: they have set up a nice scam to **** the money out of your wallet that can rival the *** itself! Their zen prices from **** to ****** They force you to buy a things called coalescent ****(**** zen=$9.99 us dollars) to have 100% guaranteed upgrade on the 20 enchantments required to advance in the game ( **** x 20 = $ ******. Zariel favors takes 5 to 7 anctual months just to get one item for a regular hard working individual. They are price gouging greedy thieves who create algorithms and program scenes to take your last ***** if you wish to play their game
