            This company clearly is a money-grab company. They put out products with the intention to grab attention, entice you to pay to play, and then does not support the product long-term. Myself and numerous other folks clearly cannot get any support. The company is hidden online from any directory. They only offer one single way to contact them. This is a webform which has been broken and unable to submit anything for over a year. There are known issues with the appeared intention to help resolve given instructions. The instructions are clearly out of date and say "if this did not resolve your issue, please wait for the next update". that has been multiple years, through many updates. This company clearly does not support their users at all.

            The game is ****** pushy with purchases and full of bugs (not as much of a problem because most are) the worst part is that I made a purchase, never gotten what I bought but charged and nothing from them about it. Do not play. wish I would have read the reviews from this site before starting the game. also wish there was more I could do to shut this company down. To who ever has the power to stop them, please for the sake of future players, do so.
