On 12/15/21 I was contacted my Showers of Flowers the florist I hired to arrange and deliver a flower arrangement. **** texted me very frantic requesting I call him immediately. I called him right away , he informed me that he attempted to deliver my arrangement for my nephew ************************* quiet hour . He was told he could not come in due to Covid restrictions. So he gave my arrangement to a young lady who was employed by CP Bannon . After giving her the arrangement he left , 10 or 15 minutes later **** received a call from CP Bannon informing him the young lady dropped my arrangement. I was totally heart broken I sent the arrangements because I would be unable to attend *************** **** txted me that he could not make another arrangement. I immediately traveled to CP Bannon and was met by a staff member, I requested to speak with the manager regarding this matter . She directed me into an office saying the manager would be with me shortly, that turned into 15 minutes. After being in an office with the door closed I got up opened the door. After a while I saw a woman coming didn the stairs , she had a not so pleasing look on her face . Her energy was not apologetic at all , I interdicted myself letting her know what I was their for . She says her name was ****. I asked her why was **** not allowed in to place the flowers in the chapel , she claimed he could have come in if he wanted to . That was puzzling! After speaking with **** about my refund she stated she had to receive a invoice from **** . She was not accommodating at all. You would think she would have moved mountains to return my refund . She did not ! She requested my telephone number stating she would call me before days end , that did not happen . So I called her the next day at 8:30 was told she was not in yet . I eventually spoke with her that morning . She stated to me that she would need my social security number in order to receive my refund . I was shocked I refused .
