Fantastic and easy for my customers. With all of the financing options for roof replacements and their dealer fees ** 25% Hearth is a no brainer. My sales team is more excited about this new option than I am.

Well, I loved this platform until they held up a large payment for a week and haven't responded to voicemail emails and chats. I have sat on hold for customer service 4 times this week and have been directed to their automatic message at the 11 minute mark *** 4 times. This is really poor customer service

I have not used the company in over a year and was not informed about the auto renew policy. I tried to dispute the charge for over $2,100, and they refused to refund the money despite not using their platform. Absolutely not the correct way to run a company.

Its a fantastic platform. It allows me to focus on what I need to focus on, my work and clients. Once I figured out how to place this in our operational flow, I saw immediate savings on human resources.Clients want their professional service providers to operate at a very high level, and with ***** as my partner, it makes it simple.

Hearth is excellent. They gave my new small business the ability to offer financing to customers who would be more financially able to pay over time versus a few large payments.

Make sure you ask about their auto-renew policy! They did not communicate this effectively when we signed up for the year subscription. We did not use their service the entire year due to poor financing rates and our clients opted to use their personal credit cards instead. We never received our signed contract and the representative who signed us up DID NOT communicate there was an auto-renewal and that you need to give them a 30-day notice indicating you do not want to auto-renew! READ THE FINE PRINT AND ASK QUESTIONS! They are nice when they are trying to get you as a customer, but non-communicative when you're trying to dispute or resolve issues.We do not recommend this company.

I signed a contract with this company for a one-year term, expecting clear communication and a straightforward renewal process. However, I never received any notification about the contract's expiration or renewal options. When I attempted to cancel, I was met with unexpected obstacles and resistance.It's apparent that this company prioritizes charging customers for services they may not need or want over providing transparency and accommodating their clients' needs. Their failure to communicate effectively and their unwillingness to assist with cancellations is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with caution. Their lack of integrity and disregard for customer concerns make them a company I refuse to support any longer.To the company in question: Your deceptive practices and dismissive attitude towards customers speak volumes about your priorities. I have no desire to continue engaging with a company that operates in such a manner.*************************

Hearth operates under poor business practices. Im a contractor who used them for a year without getting anyone to use their platform due to poor interest rates etc. They then ran my card without alerting me at all. I spoke with a representative Thursday and he said he call me back that day to confirm if they could refund me but I never heard back. I then called Friday three times with no call back and then ************************* sent me an email telling me they couldnt refund me based on their policies. The email came at 4:02pm mountain time and I had called at 4:01 pm while he was still working, which lets me know he was avoiding my call. I wouldnt recommend this company for any Contractors seeking finance.****************
