This company has a coin wallet and they took money from me when I tried to send money back from coin wallet to coin base I have money in it still cant get also submitted a ticket and they told me that I sent money to someone else and not coin base which the transfer saying coin base all this was done because XRP was blocked and I had money in it Coinbase do nothing to compensate customers for it also when cashing out they take moneyReview from Steve C

DO NOT put any money in a Coinbase account, ever.Appears to be a scam, at least partially. They will use any excuse they can to close your account - and take your money! Closing an account for various reasons, sure, that happens. But then an above-board business sends you the money from the closed account. These people close your account - but don't send you the money, and refuse to discuss it further.Review from James H

Thieves is what they are. The customer service is awful, they keep you on the phone for hours running around in circles with numbers and codes and passwords and pass keys and so so on and you get sick of hearing I completely understand and I am trying to help you thats a bunch of ********, Ive been on the phone for five days. I think Im gonna go to the *** cybercrime unit and turn in the formal complaint for whatever good that will do. I dont know how to log on. They assisted me and changing my password. I logged on one time with it. It asked for some more codes that was not provided with . Then I tried to log on again and the password has been deleted. These guys are thugs and I wish I was the beekeeper by the way I gave one star because thats I had to do something to get this posted. Do not

I started an account and decided not to use because I changed my mind about buying digital coins. Now I have an email that says my account information has been changed to another email address and phone number. I tried to call to cancel my account, but it only directed me to thir website that won't let me in because the login information is now different and I lost my password. Someone has stole my identity some how, and you can't talk to a person to fix the problem!Coinbase, Inc Response

They blocked access to our business account without any notification. I have a history of 6 months of email correspondence while complying to their requests. Multiple support chats, and engagement support on ***** (*******). I have funds locked there and 0 resolution. I don't know what to do.I own shares of their company and feel horrible writing this. But this is disgusting business etiquette.Review from David L

If I could give no stars, I would. coinbase sucks beyond belief. You can put money in, but just wait until you try to transfer or take anything out. They lock your account and then have you jump through hoops I never even knew existed. It is a significant irritation. My advice is not to invest with Coinbase. EVER!!!Review from Hiltion M

Over 18 countries had issued securities warnings against the CFX ponzi scheme. Sorry to break this news: your money is not coming back until you seek the help of forensic experts just like I did. I can say your best chance to try is fight along with the security agencies investigating this fraud. I got my account locked for two months after sending some crypto to my own wallet. Once unlocked, I sent most out. Now it seems to be locked forever "under review". Glad I only have $800 left there. US people really need competitors for coinbase, otherwise it will treat everybody as criminal.
