I had Eagle Shield install reflective barrier insulation in march of 2021 and I have not saved any money off my PG&E bill in the summer months when I ran my A/C nor in the winter months when I ran my heating. After looking into the technology of so-called "Radiant Barrier Insulation", I discovered it has NO R-Value and that it only reflects radiant heat which would be direct sunlight. When put in a dark attic, it doesn't perform this way. Because it has no R-value for the same reason aluminum foil conducts so quickly, when the roof got cold, the **** got cold. When the attic got hot, the **** got hot. Absolutely worthless. I got ripped off.Review from George P

ON DEC 13, 2021, MS. ******************* GAVE US AN ESTIMATE OF $6,676 FOR EAGLE SHIELD HIGH PERFORNANCE REFLECTIVE INSULATION OVER ALL ACCESSIBLE LIVING SPACE IN ATTIC OF 1100-1499 SQ FT. A FEW WEEKS LATER I HEARD NOISES COMING FROM THE ****** I GOT A LADDER WENT INTO THE **** AND FOUND THE EAST AND WEST WALLS WERE NOT DONE AND MESS IN THE ****** I CALLED EAGLE SHIELD AND SPOKE WITH D*** HE APOLOGIZED AND SENT THE WORKER BACK ON JAN 3, 2022, TO COMPLETE THE **** THEN I NOTICED THAT THE *** DID NOT COVER 1100-1499 SQ.FT. THE REFELECTIVE WORK THEY PERFORMED ONLY COVERED ROUGHTLY 750 SQ. FT. NOT WHAT'S STATED IN THE CONTRACT. I CALLED ******************** ABOUT THE DISCREPANCIES AND SHE WENT BALLISTIC SAYING IF I FILED A COMPLAINT, SHE WOULD NOTIFY THE COMPANY'S LAWYER. A FRIEND WHO IS AN ARTCHCHITECT INFORMED ME THAT EAGLE SHIELD HAD OVER CHARGED ** TO THE TUNE OF $2,000. AND THAT I SHOULD NOTIFY THE ****************************
