I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the engagement ring my husband purchased from Brilliant Earth. About seven months after we got engaged, the band developed a strange purple tinge. When we reached out to customer service, they initially blamed me, claiming I must have damaged the ring while blow-drying my haira ridiculous assertion as I take it off when doing just about anything. I've worn gold jewelry my entire life without any issues, including a ring Ive had since I was five years old that now fits my pinky.Eventually, they agreed to fix the band, but now, not long after getting it back, the band has *snapped in half* at the back. I am meticulous with my jewelryI dont wear my rings when showering, washing my hands, doing my hair and makeup, working out, cleaning, at the beach, in the pool, washing my face, and even going to sleep. Yet this ring, which holds such sentimental value, has been nothing but a disappointment. For a company that claims to offer high-quality, ethical jewelry, the quality has been severely lacking.I would not recommend brilliant earth, and I will never be purchasing from them again.

The show room was beautiful and clean in *******. I received lots of help from the sales consultants, and the online customer service. I ended up making changes and needing updates, and received prompt responses.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Have had my engagement ring for less than 8 months and it has had multiple issues of diamonds falling out of the hidden halo. Keep having to send it out for repair and am continually without my ring while it gets repaired. **************** has done nothing but have me continue to send it back for repair for the same issue. I requested a return, and they will not let me. Also, they promised my fianc delivery by Christmas, and they were unable to deliver in time. We had to drive hours to the nearest show room to pick it up once it was ready, they would not ship it to us.

While the rings were beautiful, the true showstopper was ****** Safer's professional knowledge, her exquisite taste in both wardrobe and accessories, her personable and friendly disposition all made my fiance and I feel incredibly secure and taken care of.******** personalized service and genuine interest in our relationship, her insightful questions and recommendations based on passing comments my fiance and I had with one another had us absolutely blown away. Talking to ****** felt like talking to a new friend and our only regret is how quickly an hour consultation passes by!My fiance and I adored so many aspects of ******** personalized service, personality, and how she presented herself and Brilliant Earth that we couldn't help but gush to each other over her the moment we left the store. We had paid her so many compliments already we didn't want to overdo it!That being said however, there is no end of aspects of ****** Safer that we couldn't help but find outrageously charming and endearing! She helped us pick out the wedding bands of our dreams so effortlessly it was like she clicked with us on every level and knew exactly what was important to us!She deserves a massive raise and a leadership position! Her experience and expertise should be rewarded with a position as Director and the salary that comes with it! If all Brilliant Earth boutiques were staffed with experts under ******** leadership and they could make people feel like we felt speaking with ****** then Brilliant Earth would be unrivaled in the jewelry industry.Coming from the luxury hotel industry I would consider myself to particularly in tune with luxury. Coming from a 5 Star Luxury property I can tell you the key aspect that brings a 4 Star to a 5 Star is personal care. That's how ****** Safer made us feel, like we were being personally cared for. We could sing her praises forever but suffice it to say, ****** Safer is far and above the most brilliant gem in that show room.

I had an issue with my engagement ring and wedding band not matching perfectly in gold color. While it took longer than expected to get the outcome we wanted, dealing with various reps and numerous communications, once the issue reached Jillian, she was incredibly understanding and took immediate action to resolve the problem. She made sure the rings were remade to match perfectly, and her prompt response and dedication made the whole process worthwhile. I'm thrilled with the result and highly recommend Jillian for her exceptional service and attention to detail.

We placed an order through BE for an engagement ring and had a wonderful experience so we returned to them when the time came to purchase a wedding band. The ring was selected on their website and the order payed in full. However, 4 days later I was emailed that there was a balance due on my order of $150 plus tax. Due to the style of ring being a run out style (listed as limited quantity available on the website) they were charging a $150 modification fee. This fee was not listed on the website as a potential fee to be assessed later and it was also not mentioned that this ring would be final sale. After talking to associates via chat and phone they were unable to honor the originally posted price and we decided to cancel our order. If the fees had been listed up front as well as the final sale notice, this would have been fine, but the way this was handled feels like a bait and switch.

The ring looked better in person than online. Pickup process was a breeze and when we had to get it refitted, it was a simple process and was shipped back to our house. Overall great experience!
