      They terminated my care when I was still being treated and now my condition is even worse after Ive presented my medical exemption which governor *********************** said in his mandate it will be honored across the state and in response to that the clinic and my doctor **************** made false allegations about me that I was rude and volatile and disrespectful to the staff which is a complete farce. Ive always been very courteous and respectful and I do not deserve to be treated the way I have. This goes back to 2020 and I didnt want to leave a negative review but after speaking with the manager name ******* I couldnt stay silent for the disgusting treatment. I have never been more disrespected in my life than by ******* whos a manager. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, volatile and displayed such an egregious attitude towards me and even hung up on my face and cut me off multiple times and didnt allow me to speak all the while I was being very polite. She is a classless human being should not work anywhere near healthcare and nobody deserves to be treated in such a horrific manner in the way she treated me. Fair warning if you complain and ask questions they will threaten you and make false accusations about you and if you ask to speak to ******* be prepared to encounter a person with no class and no respect for others whatsoever.

      **************** has stated that his care was terminated due to mask mandates and that we made up false allegations about him, this is not correct. **************** received a letter from us letting him know that he was terminated from being seen in our practice due to his repeated inappropriate behavior to our staff that had transpired even prior to *****. His insurance was notified of this aggressive behavior and confirmed that the appropriate action was to dismiss the patient. We did refer the patient back to his PCP for a new referral to transfer his care, per his insurance's protocol. I am sorry that we are not able to assist **************** further. It is important that our staff are treated respectfully.

      ************** had me come in for 3 visits to rectify my skin issue and my skin issue was not resolved. At the first visit, he prescribed me 2 medications and stated that he will not get a skin culture because he cannot treat me further d/t being pregnant. Since, he said that, he shouldn't have had me return back a month and a week later. It started in December 2021, it is now May 2022 and I am still having skin issues. The staff and doctor requested I return where I was being billed $30 copays for each additional visit. Also, ******, the billing person took it upon herself to state to me that because we had a zoom televisit, I needed to pay for the last visit. However, the last visit via televisit, had a bad connection and he didn't treat me or tell me how to make my skin condition get better. That occurred during the 2nd visit as well. They had me drive all the way out to Vallejo for an appointment and are charging me $30. Not satisfied with outcome. Skin condition is still here, I will return back to my PCP to advise further.

      Hi,We are very sorry to hear the patient did not have a satisfactory visit with **************. It is very important to us that patient feels confident with the services they are receiving. There are many reasons for the initial skin reaction, and there is sometimes no exact treatment known. The providers do have to try a variety of options before they find the one that best suits the condition. The provider will want to see the patient back after they have tried something for followup several weeks later to see if the issue has improved or not. I do understand that it can be frustrating and perhaps this information was not conveyed properly. I also understand that a telederm visit is not always consistent nor does it feel the same as an inperson visit. We are happy to waive the patient's copays as a courtesy for any inconvenience. The patient is welcome to contact our Patient Relations Manager, ******* at ***************** if she would like to schedule a visit with another provider for a future visit.
