Garfias Construction was hired to repair a water leak on a bedroom wall, relocate some electrical cables and replace a dry rotted pole on the roof. After being very impressed with the quality of *********'s work we hired him for several additional jobs, dry rot around the garage, back door replaced and stucco repaired, fence repair, chimney repair and even added crown molding in the kitchen and much more..... ********* is on time, prepared, explains each step of the project and kept the property protected and clean at all times. Five stars is not enough for the quality of his work, Garfias Construction is highly recommended...Review from Kristi M

I am thrilled to have a custom made corner media cabinet in my living room, thanks to Garfias Construction. ********* showcased his expertise and professionalism throughout this complex project. From precision cuts to finishing touches, no detail was overlooked. He offered suggestions throughout and went above and beyond keeping the workspace organized and clean, sourcing the cabinet hardware, and wall mounting the *** Cant wait for the next time!Review from jody h

The highest quality of work- every time, and I have been able to enjoy his work for over *********************************************************** how they enjoy watching him work because he is so skilled and so thorough. In addition, he is communicative, kind and accessible. What a lovely person/team. He doesn't do only what is required, but will let you know his insights into the construction or build so you can make appropriate budgeting and next step decisions. ***************.

Mr. Garfias is the kind of person that you can rely on to receive an honest assessment of your problem and to fix your problem right away if he has the tools with him. He comes ready to work for you. I am so pleased with his professionalism and demeanor that he is now at the top of my phone list for contractors to call when I need help. BTW, I had a loose siding panel and he was able to put the panel back onto its bracket and made sure it was fastened securely. He was done in less than an hour but it was a lot of effort on his part to maneuver his ladder within a small space and to climb up to just under the roofline to do the work. In that regard, he impressed me as being fearless. And, his price was more than reasonable compared to Home Advisor and ****.Garfias Construction, Inc. Response

During a major overhaul to my home's exterior, Garfias Construction 'saved the day' when 2 huge, heavy support beams on either end of my 2 story roofline were found to be dry rotted. He engineered spliced-in sections above his reach even on scaffolding with superb workmanship, much to the fascination of passerbys who were very impressed with his rendering of a very difficult project. Always cordial, conscientious, patient with all my questions, he was very timely in spite of all his prior commitments, knowing that I had limited time frame with scaffolding. I felt truly blessed to have found someone of such superior work integrity and extremely pleasant to boot! *****************, happy in *******************Garfias Construction, Inc. Response

I hate to write reviews especially when the service is excellent knowing that it will be harder to hire Garfias Construction for future jobs. First of all, ********* is professional and courteous. He is punctual and efficient. When he worked on the siding of our house, he made certain to do a thorough job to ensure the integrity of our structure by not taking any short cuts. It happened to rain hard at one point during the construction and he ensured the construction was well sealed. ********* and his crew were very clean and respectful. Our neighbors were very vigilant of the work he did and we received nothing but compliments. We hope to hire him for future projects.Garfias Construction, Inc. Response
