      I used a pass in a rental car, they continued to charge my account for that car, even without the pass. The T&Cs say they can, but that directly contradicts with their information on their website, see below."What happens if I drive through a bridge toll crossing without a valid FasTrak account?Failure to pay the established bridge toll is a violation of California's toll evasion statutes. Toll evasion violations will be enforced. If you drive through a toll location without a valid FasTrak toll tag or a License Plate Account, you will receive an invoice in the mail. An image of your license plate will be captured, and an invoice will be sent to the vehicle's registered owner at the address on file with the ********************* of ***** Vehicles (DMV) within 21 days of the bridge crossing. If you don't pay your invoice by its due date, you will receive a violation notice."

      Keep getting charged and not even in the area try to dispute even harder cancelled my account with fast track or they said would charge me another fee ?? better of running till getting sent a bill at least you have proof fast track is a joke

      They charged toll fees to a vehicle that I sold off a while ago since the vehicle was still in my fastrak account. I called and gave them the proof of vehicle sale, and then they reverted the fees and sent me an email that I was not in violation. Then my nightmare started. These idiots forgot to change their records internally, and sent my info to a collection agency (***) which has been hounding me, and took money from my tax returns. This is a scam company in collusion with another scam collection agency...I can't believe these scammers are not being investigated by FTC and regulatory agencies. I will be writing to FTC as well.

      Unfriendly Customer Policies. Weak Supervisor!I am disputing two tolls charged. 03/13 08:27 PM TSS $3.80 03/13 08:18 PM WRS $3.97 3/13 I opened an account with ****************. I called BayAreaFastrak on 3/13 at 1:36 PM PST with a Total Call Time of 7 minutes. I requested to remove my vehicles from the account and to deactivate the transponders. The Rep stated it was completed and he would send me Prepaid Postage Bags to mail back the Transponders along with an Account Closure Form. He instructed me that I needed to mail back the Transponders and fill out a form to receive a Refund on my remaining account balance. He assured me that I would not be charged by BayAreaFastrak ONLY **********. I was charged twice last night. I called 3/14 at 0801 AM PST to dispute the charges. I spent 27 minutes on the phone with ***** #**** for her to tell me that her supervisor who also refused to give their First Name or Employee ID stated that I need to supply my 91 Statement to receive a refund. The statement is quarterly, come back in 3 months while we hold onto your account balance too??? Terrible Policy!!!

      No stars given!! My vehicle has been billed 4 times in 2 months and never my vehicle! Waste my time getting billed and reporting it's not my vehicle in the photo every single time. I don't travel or live near any tolls. They need to have someone with glasses check the plates before wasting a tree to send me bill for 10$. It's frustrating having to dispute this stuff.

      ineffective company wasting person's time by sending the same violations belonging to another car, no matter how many times you explained and showed on their photos that this is another car make and obstructed license plate. I received multiple assurances that something would be done with software recognition or anything else. They will continue to send violations without even watching that a lot of the same similar invoices were rejected for that car on the same bridge.

      Apparently, even if you pay your account on time, you can have a secret BLACK BOX of past charges that you are unaware of and that they don't tell you about, until it is time to renew your license. ******** FastTRak is a private company. I don't understand why the ******************* continues to work with this terrible company.

      **************** and ********************** should never be used in the same sentence! I am trying to get them to correct the make of my car on my FasTrak registration. I can't get through on the "customer service" phone line. I have to choose and enter one of their selected topics--there is no "other" option. If I want to "chat" with an "expert", I have to register and pay $5.00. I'm being charged to correct their problem? WTF!!!!!!!

      Would give 0 stars if I could. I'd *** them, but it's not worth my time. Worst organization ever. I submitted proof 3 times that I was not the owner when the violation happened. They kept coming after me (harassment and extortion). Yes, I won but I won't get my time back.

      You would think this would be an extremely convenient way to pay the many bridge tolls one has to pay living in the ********. And yet, it so ineffectively operates. I get an almost weekly letter explaining that I am delinquent in some kind of billing and have to go through the same ordeal over and over again. I stock the funds, and yet somehow it must insist I pay them through an online portal again and again every single time, and finds excessive ways to add large amounts of money for what it considers penalties. Getting hold of an agent is a chore, and closing old accounts is an even bigger chore. It seems that a Fastrak ought to work as smoothly as a Clipper Card or any other transportation card from a more efficiently-commuting country, but it actually complicates your daily commute life to the point that one would almost prefer to use cash.
