**** is supercool and awesome and friendly and nice. The call wasn't dull at all, and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. More than that, she was able to resolve our concern of Rocket Lawyer billing my boss even though he hasn't been using his account in snap-snap! Love it! Tl;dr, it's rare for me to say this, as rare is an awesome **************** **** but **** is one of those **************** **** who get the job done, and get the job done warmly, even spreading flowers as she does it. I was recently put in a precarious professional position by Rocket Lawyer. I am horrified by what took place. I had contracted with them in July 2020 to provide ************************ for my psychotherapy practice to conform with the State of Florida's requirement to practice telehealth for clients in their state. I was transparent about my needs, spoke with Rocket Lawyer's representatives by phone and by emails, as well as forwarding the exact wording of the ****************************'s requirements. I paid the annual fee for ********************** (which I now also know is more than 4 times the standard fee), and that fee renewed, without a hitch in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.Two weeks ago I called Rocket Lawyer to check on the status of the service and spoke with a lovely representative who told me that, "something looked funny" to her, that she needed to check and would get back to me. I forwarded to her the email chain of correspondence I had had with Rocket Lawyer in 2020. She said she would refund my 5 years of payments. While that seemed odd to me, she made it sound like it was a courtesy. She never called me back. I then received a terrifying phone call from *********************** stating that they had received an email from Rocket Lawyer, basically accusing me of fraud, and threatening me with disciplinary action, my livelihood, and my licenses in other states.Of course I called Rocket Lawyer again. The person with whom I spoke stated that they were not Resident Agents within the FL **** of Health (which was again contradicted by the Fl **** of Health). Since then they have not returned any emails or phone calls.I was fortunate to find a reputable Resident Agent though professional colleagues, and I, and my clients, are safe. The ************************* official was kind, professional, and useful, clear and direct.I'd certainly like to know what happened. More importantly, I hoped to save anyone else such a terrible experience.

Platform and resources are good, no complaints. Hired for trademark assistance, and their lack of service and returning calls/emails has been egregious. I'm literally forced to fire them off the ***** records as legal representation in order for ***** to act on my wishes, which is to save a trademark in jeopardy. I've come to far at this point, both time and expense, to see Rocket Lawyer's lack of follow-through jeopardize my ability to protect my company from using my desired trademarks.
