I had my property listed for sale. The adress was altered, but pictures of my property are posted. Whoever did this intentionally caused tge price to drop despite comps showing higher prices. I have reached out to zillow and asked them to remove the fictitious address and they have ignored ne. I have Rea he'd out to trulia with the same info and request and they have ignored me. I cannot sell my property because of what ****** and trivia are doing and have allowed.Review from Lorina R

****** who works in pasco county ******* should NEVER have been hired. What a rude woman. Dressed like she was homeless and because I showed up early she had me wait outside while some guy mowed and kicked up dirt all over me. Once I was allowed in it smelled so bad. It was dirty inside and out. The mold on the side of the house was going to be our problem not the landlord and rolled her eyes when I asked if it was ok to open the back door. Completely unprofessional! From her c*** car to her matching attitude. The really sad part is Im in law enforcement and have a perfect background and credit check. I was going to pay for the year up front but she wouldnt except that. Why? Most landlords would be very happy. The only reason I am looking to rent is because my seller backed out last minute on our closing. If you can request a different agent if you get her.Review from Tina M

Terrible! They get you to pay for a rental credit check and background check and never contact you back. The rentals they post aren't available as they state. Beware Trulia will scam you!Review from Mitchell

I had several bad experiences trying to schedule showings and when I finally did schedule one the property owner told me that he thinks he has a potential renter and didn’t honor the appointment that I drove a half hour there and back to see. I was fuming and immediately called Trulia and left a voicemail but after a week with no reply I called their Human Resources department and they never replied either. Their voicemails are unprofessional too which upset me more. I gave them the chance to make things right but they have yet to call me back. My take on their site is that they just want your money for the applications. I will never use their site again or Zillow either since they are owned by the same company. Ridiculous. People need to be extremely careful using their site. They don’t even respond to complaints or respond to those just asking for advice to avoid these owners that waste your time and money; that’s even if you get a reply bc I haven’t received replies to several requests for viewing homes.Trulia, Inc.
