Per the manufacturer:
Dealers must "agree to provide timely service to all owners of Forest River RV brands, whether sold by your dealership or not"

Since you provided a quote from Forest River, I will too.. The very first thing on the page I referred to you:
"Dealers in our Industry are not franchised like automotive dealers and therefore not obligated to work on your product when it is not purchased from them."
And one from Route 66.
"As a member of the ROUTE 66 RV Network every ROUTE 66 dealer is committed to operating their dealership according to The ROUTE 66 Ten Commitments posted in every location and has agreed to treat any traveling ROUTE 66 customer as one of their own."
The operative word in the quote being "traveling" of which you are not. We commonly do work on Route 66 customers who are in an emergency travel situation. We have no more comments regarding this situation with you.

********* RV has given me a service appointment with zero hassles about who I bought it from, not being able to work on it because they don't sell that particular model of Forest River RV or about warranty. The way it should be done. Unlike you. My comments about you and your dealership stand.
