I contact ONB today through video relay service. They ask VRS interpreter for name and others. VRS interpreter only allow to give anyone ID number and VRS company they work with. The ONB worker and supervisor say must have their name. They can’t due to FCC rules. You have volatility their rules. And ONB have deny to communicate with me through VRS. They say go to local branch. I have account with ONB. VRS is the third party for me communicating with you. I do not appreciate you barrier my communication! Please train your worker and supervisor as well. I call back the lady apologized. It doesn’t matter. It is MY rights to talk to the bank. Next time I might not do business with you all! Please allow any Deaf people to communicate with this business. It is ASL interpretation for us to communicate. It is 2024 now. Thank youReview from MARVIN H

I would rate this bank as A+. I've been banking with them for decades and don't always love the fees, but they've been a good bank for me. They help with any questions or issues and have never made any errors on my account so far.Old National Bank Response

Terrible customer service. They don’t know what they’re doing. They’ve taken 2 loan payments out and are telling me that’s not true. In process of getting loan thru another bank.Review from Nick S

There should be more than ONE teller to take of the teller windows AND the drive thru banking. Waiting in line inside while she takes care of the drive thru. And it’s just as bad in the lines outside! The bank is there to serve US. Instead of walking around they should be taking care of the customers FIRST. Then move on to the daily activities. There is not enough help to take care of the people needing it. Disorganized and unfriendly with no real regard for people waiting for help. Terrible banking environment.Old National Bank Response

Horrible bank with completely inept employees. I needed to get an auto lien released so I could transfer my car. I attempted to first call customer service. The automated system told me multiple times that my birth date, SSN, and zip code were incorrect. I was finally accidentally connected to a human who refused to help me and told me I didn’t exist in the computer. Talked to two different people and neither one knew what a lien release was. A few days later I went in person to a branch. Of the three people on duty, NONE of them had any idea what to do. They finally gave me a printout saying “request for lien release”. This of course didn’t fly with the DMV. So I went back to the branch and told them the specific form I needed. They were so confused. One woman even said “I don’t know what forms Kentucky uses, I’m from Indiana” as if she isn’t WORKING in a Kentucky location. One of the three somehow decided he knew what form was needed and printed it on a blank sheet of paper and wrote the info out by hand. At the DMV, it was rejected. Not officially from Old National. Trip #3 to the branch. They typed it up on letterhead this time and stamped the bank name and address on it. And said “the DMV sure is picky”. Trip #3 to the DMV. This time the bank had a typo in the VIN number of my car. Rejected. Fourth time at the branch and they literally can’t understand why a wrong VIN would be rejected. How are these people still employed?? How is this bank still in business? Am I the only auto loan they have ever done?? I had to give them one star to review them but I wish I could give them *negative* stars. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing. Do not trust your money with these people.Review from Mary K

The absolute worst. Automated system doesn't recognize me. I have to press zero like 5x to get a live person. 1st Midwest Bank was so much better. I'm leaving asap.
