      While looking for a vehicle, Town and Country of Evansville "sold" my family on one they had on their lot. The information given to us was inaccurate. They had said the vehicle "had been gone through and through" and was "immaculate" which in reality was not accurate. We took the vehicle to a trusted Fire dealership where they immediately validated our concern of the sound that was coming from the front, driver undercarriage. They told us it could be a number of issues but to start with the hub. Of Town and Country had truly inspected and went over the vehicle, they would have heard this noise and either fixed it or disclosed to us as customers. We could not hear it while test driving because of the condition of the road we had to test drive in and couldn't go above 30 mph. There are also other issues with this "immaculate" vehicle. We have reached out to the dealership and they have told us multiple times they are looking one of the pieces but have come up with nothing. The piece they are looking for covers the mechanics to the 3rd row seat and can be a serious hazard if something were to get caught in the 6" gap covering the length of the vehicle. We have also tried to reach the manager at Town and Country of Evansville but have not been successful. They have told me that he would return my phone call and wrote down my contact information but I have not heard anything from him. This has been several times. I hope others have a better experience with this company but I cannot, with a conscience, recommend them to anyone.

      Worst experience of my life. I had met with a dealer here in April 2022. I put down $500 to be on a list to get a Ford Maverick XLT 2022. He told me to check my emails regularly because if I did not check the email, I would lose my $500 within a week if I did not respond. I emailed him 5 times, never once got a response. Just checking in. I did ask for a response to make sure I had the right email. I then called him 3 times. Twice I was able to talk with him. He stated each time he would get back to me that afternoon. Neither time he called me back. The 4th time I called I chose to speak with someone else there at customer service. That person told me that open ordering of the vehicle had ended the night before. So, I will NOT get my vehicle, even though I made numerous contacts over the 5 month period and had put down $500. I had not been excited about a vehicle in 30 years. I committed $500 to "ensure" I could get a vehicle. I did my part to communicate, THEY DID NOTHING to communicate. I am now out a vehicle. Me and my family will never buy from Ford again. This format does not give me the option for ZERO STARS, but that is what I would rate it.

      At first I thought this car lot was amazing, 3 weeks after buying the car my oil light started coming on. I took it to have it look at. Guess what? It didn't have any oil in the vehicle. I took it to town n country they refused to do anything. I took it back to ******** who is a sister company to town n country they told me to take it back to town n country and they would change the oil for free. Okay cool... we'll the oil isn't staying in the vehicle. I called a mechanic and said it sound like an engine problem. Oh and forgot to include I was charged 1300 dollars for a warranty that I don't need because I have a manufactured warranty from Hyundai up to 100,000 miles. I didn't even need an extended warranty. I would stay far away from this place because I traded in a nice vehicle plus some cash for nothing it was complete waste. They claim they do a 172 point inspection listed off all the things they replaced which was a bold face lie because some of those things are already bad. I have never wrote a negative review. This won't be the last place I leave one about this. They straight up took advantage of me. Town n country is part of ***** auto sales but they don't have a listing on BBB I should be refunded the money that was wasted on the warranty!!! Sickening!!
