This is a great company. I had a water emergency definitely a bad day, I called around and was given the number for Jimmy Garza. I spoke with ***** she was reassuring and professional made me feel like I was in good hands. The service only got better from there. ************** came out gave me an estimate for the scope of work that would be needed. I was not excited to pay that bill, but when it comes to your families health you step up and take care of it. A crew came out less than 48 hours later and began to work. This crew was phenomenal, **************, ****, **************, were professional, understood about my concern for family and pets. They explained the process and how safe for people and pets their equipment and cleaners are. The most important thing is how safe you feel with people in your home. This crew could come over to dinner with me and my family any night, that is how great they are. *******************, ****************** from Jimmy and his crews/staff!!! They recently deep cleaned some sofas and recliner @ my house and was completely satisfied!! If you need your carpets or furniture cleaned, or water from a flood in your house extracted, Jimmy Garza is the company/crew to go with!! Thank you Jimmy and all staff!! They were ***************** and understanding. Explained everything they were going to do from extracting all the water to leaving the blowers so our walls and floors would dry properly. They saw how stressed I was and they assured me that they were going to do their best to get everything cleaned up. I would highly recommend Jimmy Garza to everyone. ***** from the office was also very nice and very professional.Review from Raymond E

I wish we had known about this company a long time ago. Our experience has been great. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The whole process, from beginning to end, was explained throughly and they took great care with our furnishings. The importance they placed on our health and safety due to possible mold was also apparent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking water removal services.Review from Valerie F

From my initial phone call to the Company to the follow-up call from the Company and courtesy calls inbetween, I received nothing other than exceptional service! Upon arrival at my residence scope of work was explained to me by crew Cheif. Both crew Cheif & techs were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.Review from Beverly K

This is a professional, and caring company. They are highly efficient and know what they are doing. They make sure every detail is taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone needing water removal from their home. They treat your home as if it was their own. No trace of water or moisture on the floor or in the walls allowed by them. Anyone needing pro’s use this great company. An additional plus is the customer service they provide along with constant communication with you
