      The plumbing and HVAC system have been problematic since day one, with room leaks and cooling issues. Despite repeated attempts to address these problems in the last 2 years, they still persist. The customer service has been disappointing. It took weeks to get a response to our initial complaints, and even then, the builder was slow to take action. I was expecting a higher standard of workmanship and attention to detail, but unfortunately, the quality of the homes does not justify the price of $240,000 back in 2021. I hope the builder takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their construction practices, quality control, and communication with homeowners.

      Good Morning Mr. ******, I have reviewed your concern along with all historical warranty service order requests. Found your last HVAC issue was reported back in Oct 2022. No further services have been reported after mentioned date for HVAC related warranty service requests. I can provide all service orders related to HVAC signed as completed by you confirming the sub- contractor attended your home and resolved the reported issue. My apologies for the decline of this last request as your homes warranty has expired back in March 2023.

      Great customer service this was my first time buying a house and they were really great at fixing up the little details inside the house to the other details from inspection highly recommend buying a Bic home.

      Today my family purchased a BIC home. From the beginning to the end it was the greatest experience ever! Thank you to ******* and ***** of the fire team for your expertise and professionalism. **** in the closing dept, the builder, even the foremen and contractors were amazing! Thank you all for your services! We could not have made a better choice!

      Purchased my home DEC2021 and completed my 30 days inspection and out of the six issues I found they only fixed one. Half-fixed they never came back and pained the holes they fixes. Both bathrooms have uneven flooring including the closets, and all the grout is completely gone due to this issue. Half bathroom toilet sitting on the uneven floor as well. It is now separated from the floor. This is my third home and this is the first time we had an issue with the new building. Very poorly built. Being active military, I won't be recommending this “company” to anyone.

      Do not buy from them! They have poor craftsmanship. I havnt even moved into my home yet cause of the issues of quality. Check window seals! And doors

      Good afternoon, The home delivery for address ***** ******* ******* was few weeks ago. There in orientation buyer is given the opportunity to blue tape all defects that need to be reviewed and or corrected. As normally done all issues were pointed out and corrected before orientation and home delivery. Mr. **** accepted the home and signed the documentation for Home Orientation - Homeowners Manual as well as Home Delivery. Yet, Mr. ****** home is still under warranty we currently have a open ticket, that all issues have been addressed in, unfortunately Mr. **** refuses to sign the warranty service order as completed. ** ** **** *** ********* ************* ** *** **** ** ******* * **** **** *** ** ********.       BIC Homes is quick to promise customers the best warranty and the best customer service. However, when it is time to perform any repairs on homes, they do absolutely the very minimum. I have spent over a year and a half trying to get someone to come and fix issues regarding plumbing in the bathroom and the exterior rock wall.Even when trying to reach across via phone call, calls are never answered. If they are, we are told our phone call will be returned and it never does. I have found that the best way to get some form of response is via email, yet even then not much has been done. The Formean ********* ****** will "schedule " someone to come do repairs. We wait all day and nobody ever shows up. When asked about it The Foreman will simply avoid any type of responsibility, and will even claim to not remember the conversation. The lack of professionalism and the lack of pride in one's work is very evident.
