            We entered in a contract on to remodel our July, 26, 2023 for $42,692.70 and had two change orders for a total of $4,112.50. He has competed 90% of the contract. That 90% includes two large items. Cabinets and countertops. There are multiple other items that were not competed however we have agreed to call the project complete if he were to just finish the project. Our complaint is that we gave ****** 50% down for both the cabinets and counter tops and they were never ordered. We are asking that he repay us the $5,568.75 that we gave him for down payment and we would call the job complete. We will not require him to level the floor, stain the patio, reseal the existing concrete and finish painting the trim. we just ask for the down payment they we gave him. We have already gone to the supplier and worked a deal to order and have the cabinets made and installed.
