- Returns are accepted for anything except custom or personalized boots, belts or other personalized merchandise. We will accept authorized returns within 15 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Please do not wear boots off of the carpet until you are sure they fit. Boots that are not in new resalable condition cannot be accepted. Any changes to special orders after the order in placed into production will have a $100.00 change of order fee plus any additional fee regarding the change. Returns for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
