            I had HVAC installed in my house in 2020. It went out June 2023. We called contractor B&G mechanical and they said it was still under warranty but we had to pay for labor. They repaired it and it went out 2 days later and we called them back for repairs. Supervisor has refused to talk to me. They want an additional $2134 for parts and labor. I asked for an itemized quote and was refused one. Then later the receptionist called my husband and said they were refusing to do any more service for us and we had to look for someone else.

            Great company! I was in need of service done to my AC right away. I did a quick search online, and I decided to call them. I was able to get an appointment that same day. A few hours later they arrived to my home, and started to work on my AC right away. I'm very satisfied with their job, I will be calling them again next time I need my AC service.
