We have been using Kings Aire for so many years, I have lost count! My husband and I trust no one else to service our unit and request ***** every time. This time he came with a partner, ********, who also was as respectful and thorough as *****. I don't know who does your vetting for hiring, but they are also excellent! KINGS AIRE technicians are punctual, reliable, courteous and very knowledgeable. The techs come in, do the diagnostic tests, tell you what it is you will need and the cost for their service and get the work done right the first time they come in. ***** serviced my air conditioner unit in July and ******* came in today to repair my furnace. From my first experience with ***** and now with *******, I can assure you that I will never hire anyone else to work in my home. It is such a pleasure to do business with Kings Aire whose employees do a wonderful job in representing their company by their impeccable work ethic and excellent performance.Kings Aire Response

I contacted the business via there website to get a quote and have not heard back from them. Second attempt called the number on the website and was transferred to the estimates department and requested an estimate preferrably after 5:00 if possible. They said they would contact me still no call backs. I asked for a manager and can never get a hold of him ******* **********. I will not be using Kings Aire due to their lack of customer service skills.Kings Aire Response

This is not the way we operate and although it is our busiest time of the year, we should have replied to you and/or forwarded your call to the appropriate department. Kings Aire Response Kings Aire installed a Rheem water heater at Ms. ***** ******* home on 11/12/2020 for $1,710 at the request of Mr. *****. The installation had a one-year labor warranty from Kings Aire and a 5 year manufacturer parts warranty from Rheem which is an industry standard. Rheem does not provide a labor warranty. Mr. ***** called us on or about 04/30/2022 on the on-call, after hour service of Kings Aire. Kings Aire returned the call on Monday, 05/02/2022 and spoke with Mr. ***** regarding the water heater. We informed him that Kings Aire no longer worked on water heaters and recommended for him to call a plumber to diagnose the water heater. Mr. ***** continued to call several times during the week requesting for Kings Aire to send a technician to diagnose the water heater and we continued to recommend for him to call a plumber. On Thursday, 05/05/22, Mr. ***** called again and requested to talk to the owner, ***** *****, which he had already spoken to during the week. **** *****, CFO, called Mr. *****, and Mr. ***** stated that he had called a plumber to diagnose and install the part that Rheem had provided to him under the manufacturer warranty. Mr. ***** told **** ***** that the plumber had charged him $300. Mr. ***** offered to pay Mr. ***** the $300 as a good will gesture , but Mr. ***** was adamant for Kings Aire to reimburse the full amount of the installation. The Rheem water heater still has an active manufacturer warranty that is in effect for five years from the installation date. The labor warranty from Kings Aire expired on 11/22/2021. My Service Tech ***** was terrific. He was on time and walked me through the whole process while performing the annual maintenance on my two Units.
