After researching and comparing different service providers, we decided to go with these guys. Their customer service was top-notch and their knowledge about design helped us find the perfect style for our house. We are extremely satisfied with our new windows and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of quality windows.Review from Channele B

I would love to add absolutely no stars regarding this company. They have been extremely difficult to get a hold and get answers as well as completely incompetent in bringing the proper inventory of windows to our town houses even after coming one day to make sure they have the correct total amount of 30 windows to be replaced under warranty (paying thousands of dollars in labor). They had to come for a second time to bring the windows as the first time they came, they didnt even have half the windows and the measurements were all wrong. We also had to fight to not have them charge us more for labor costs even though they barely even did the thousands of dollars worth of labor the first time around. Thankfully, they waived the cost for us to pay for the additional labour costs for the second time coming as this was their messy. That is literally the only good thing I have to say about this company called Durabuilt windows and doors. I honestly feel at this point that the BBB should do a full investigation against this company as at this point, its coming off as a scam being a customer. Even after paying so much money for labour, they dont even have the decency to clean up after the window installation and leave a mess of rubber and glue all over leaving us to have to clean up after them. There is no decent customer service or discounted cost for labor or incentives as well as them not taking any accountability whatsoever for their major mistakes. We have all had to take a day off each time as well to make sure we were all available for the window installations. This is completely disrespectful to all of our valuable time wasted. I am also just finding out, after speaking with one of the people here to install the windows that they do not have all the windows today and again, will have to come to bring the missing windows they dont have. Meaning another day of wasting our time. This is after the fact that I personally after they said they did have all windowsReview from Philip T

I had an amazing experience working with this company. Their crew went above and beyond to make sure I was happy from the moment I contacted them for an estimate until the installation was finished. They carefully addressed all of my inquiries and gave me advice on what I can put in my house. My new windows look fantastic. How is a company, who is headquartered in ********, whose window quality continues to disappoint the masses, still in business?They offer a 10 year warranty? The catch is that you have to pay the labour. Im about to need my 4th, 5th, and 6th window replaced in just the last year and a half! My home was built in 2018. And in 2022, when I was moving in, the 1st window of a continuous parade of windows needed to be replaced for a failed seal. Then five months later, the 2nd window failed and then seven months after that, the 3rd. Now three months later, Im on my 4th, 5th and 6th (with more coming) needing replacement and Ive had it! How come a company whose sole purpose is to manufacture windows and doors for homes in ********, ******* cant get it right? They tell you theyll replace the windows but you have to pay the labour. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Your windows should not be failing this soon! And its not just me. Look at all the other poor reviews on here and on ******* Do the home builders who use them know how poor Durabuilts quality is?How they are operating and not standing behind their crappy windows and doors and not taking accountability for their mistakes/failed production and ensuring homeowners arent out any more money for an already huge expense, is mind blowing!*** followed up with 4 calls since being told over 4.5 weeks ago that a manager would be calling me to discuss. I shouldnt have to put this much effort into getting my windows fixed at no charge to me. Fix your production AND your service!To homeowners and home builders who are considering using Durabuilt, STAY FAR AWAY! You dont want the headaches that come with purchasing (really bad) windows and doors from this company, or for your reputation as a home builder to be tarnished because Durabuilt is sub-par.Review from Syd M

Our condo complex has been using Durabuilt windows for years. I recently joined our board of directors in charge of building maintenance and was looking to get some windows replaced. After numerous phone calls and emails I sent the email below and still received no response:"On June 13th a tech came out and measured some windows for replacement. June 29th I emailed requesting my quote, July 7th followed up with another email, July 10th left voice mail, July 11th call returned at 5 PM will follow up "tomorrow", called July 18th spoke to someone who told me that the person handling that quote was busy and they would be get back to me, it is now August 14 and I still have not received a response. If you don't want our condo's business I will accept that but I would appreciate honesty and not to be strung along."Needless to say there are other companies that do want our business and offer much better service than Durabuilt.Review from Tylyn S

Terrible company, poor quality and poor service. Have been waiting 9 months to get the screens for my windows that were ordered July 2022, they arrived Oct 2022 without screens and with damage. Have been delivered 2 sets of screens both un usable, waiting on third set now. Save yourself the head ache and don't use Durabuilt.Review from Neil T

Do not deal with this company. I would leave zero stars if possible. I ordered two exterior doors back on October of 2021. I was told I would receive them in 12 weeks at the most. I arranged for them to be stained 16 weeks after I ordered them to allow for delays and I had a quote for installation and had it booked for another 6 weeks after the staining would be completed. My doors never arrived until middle of July 2022 despite several attempts to communicate with them and get information about my doors. I was informed that I would not be charged the full purchase price as compensation for the delays but they still charged the total amount before they delivered them without informing me. When they finally arrived, they were left outside my home with no communication even though they knew I was at home for the delivery. There repeated delays ended up costing me more than the purchase price for the doors to get them stained and installed after the fact. When I was able to get a hold of someone to deal with the issues I was originally informed I would be refunded 25% off the purchase price and this was later reduced to about 7% for no reason. Now I cannot even get someone to respond to me. Just do yourself a favor and deal with another company. They do not stand by their products, service or promises.
